I was left with no option but to take this Brendan Morris Roofing to the County Court for very poor workmanship.
See Wigan and Leigh County Court active CCJ's if you have a doubt.
Find a better trader is my recommendation.
The response below is incorrect, a string of untruths. Obviously the judge saw through their nonsense and awarded the legal cade to me. Needless to say, the court appointed bailiffs are dealing with these people.

We attended your property to fix a leaking roof, after 5 weeks you reported an issue was still present.
We attempted to attend your property on 2 occasion, you reported to us you had COVID-19.
On the 3rd attempt you notified us you was working on nights and was unable to gain access.
At this point you decided to prevent access and notifed our company you was seeking legal action.
You then had another company in to look/interfere with the repair, which is a breach of our terms and conditions and also refused to speak us.
We have spoken to the claims court and provided all evidence of these attempts to rectify the issues.
When leaving a review I would appreciate if you would leave an honest review Mr Bennett.
