We were first time buyers and had no clue what we were doing but Joe and Robyn talked us through every step and held no judgement toward our many nervous questions.
Joe stayed late on a few occasions to fit us in around our work schedules and to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. We really appreciate how quickly everything has been done and how stress-free (as much as buying a house can be!) the whole process has been whilst dealing with both Joe and Robyn.
