We've been using Leigh for the last 6 years (our initial first mortgage and 2 remortgages) and we have never had an issue, both Leigh and Jordan both work tirelessly and are always available to answer questions and concerns if and when they arise.

Both are both professional in their roles while still remaining friendly and very easy to communicate with which helps puts us at ease. No question is ever a stupid question and it always gets explained in a way that we understand.

We’ve been with Leigh since 2020, when he helped us secure our very first mortgage, and we genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else now. From that very first application right through to every renewal since, the entire process has always been smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free.

What really stands out about Leigh is how approachable and easy he is to deal with. Mortgages can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re buying your first home and trying to understand all the technical jargon, rates, products, and paperwork involved. Leigh has always taken the time to explain everything clearly in plain English, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. No question has ever been too small.

Communication has consistently been excellent throughout the years as well. He keeps you updated, responds quickly, and genuinely gives you confidence that everything is under control. It’s very obvious he knows the industry inside out and has a huge amount of experience, but he delivers that expertise in a really friendly and down-to-earth way.

One thing we’ve really appreciated is that Leigh has never treated us like “just another client”. He genuinely cares about getting the best outcome possible and making sure everything runs properly from start to finish. That level of service is rare nowadays.

We honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with our mortgage arrangements at this point. We’ll continue going back to Leigh for any future mortgages and renewals without hesitation. Absolute top-class service from someone who is clearly at the top of his profession. Highly recommended.

I honestly would recommend this team to anyone! As first time buyers we had no idea where to begin and they helped us every step of the way, with lots of advice, contact and reassurance!

Leigh made the mortgage process incredibly easy, talked me through the different mortgage deals, explained what to look for when buying my first home and managed to obtain a mortgage offer in under 48hrs of applying!

Jordan kept me in the loop throughout the post-offer process and was on hand to help with any solicitor queries, answer any questions I may have and called to walkthrough me through any forms I needed help completing.

I can’t thank them enough for helping me purchase my first home and I wouldn’t entertain going anywhere else for a re-mortgage or future move :)
