We booked this apartment for a family holiday, I rang the company before we booked and had a chat about parking in Morzine and generally chatted about the holiday, this was an ideal opportunity to advise that this apartment was not suitable for an older couple. It was very poorly furnished and had a number of things just not working, and the worse stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The owner did send the handyman round to fix things, the handyman told me most customers where groups of guys on the booze, as if that made it right. The two balconies were unusable as the music from downstairs was so loud from lunch time on wards. For a shabby set up the owner had a list of demands which would incur fines on leaving if not carried out. We did not need this, we always leave things in good order, but surely a company charging over a 1000 euro's a week should have it own cleaning team. I would seriously advise serious skiers, lovers of the all things French and discerning traveller's to avoid this company.

Avoid morzinelwts if possible. On the surface they are a good company with OK accomodarion, in reality their accomodaion is completely below the standard you would expect for the price.
Apartment capital 1 is noisey and in disrepair Self catering but kitchen is woefully under equiped. States 'stone throw from night life' in advert but is actually directly above the bussiest bars in town....do not book this unless you want to be kept up all night.
The beds are also camp beds and the furniture generally damaged and in disrepair (dints in coffee table, scrathed and damaged coating on waredrobe, discoloured heaters). The electircs are incredibly outdated and I dont belive they would pass EU safety tests:at one point they sparked as I plugged into one.
Owner doesn't seem to care much about guests opinions or about his property.
NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES OR ANYONE ACTUALLY WANTING TO SLEEP.
Might be ok if you plan on getting drunk till 2 am every night...because then you will get home at the same time as the noise stops!

This is the third year running we have stayed in apartment 2 at the Maison Rose. We really like this apartment and it works very well for a family skiing holiday. It has good facilities and lovely views. It is a short walk into Morzine where you can get the buses to the ski lifts and also enjoy the shops and restaurants. It is good value for money and it is very helpful that you can book to start and finish your booking on any day of the week as you can avoid changeover Saturday.

Stayed at Rhodos hotel. Very happy with excellent service and comfortable, modern room with own balcony and grade A view! The hotel sits above a bustling bar and restaurant but the room was quiet. We ate a delicious lunch (plate of the day was just 11euros) and in the evening sampled their impeccable gourmet burgers. Will definitely be coming back in the Winter!

Found The Rhodos Hotel Morzine on Booking.com but found it was cheaper booking directly on the Morzinelets website. The hotel was clean, modern and centrally located. Had a great holiday - would recommend.

Whilst the booking was a little complicated, unfortunately we were given the right number of beds but the wrong number of rooms !! Unsure how this could have happened given how much communication had gone on.

On the plus side, the Hotel Rhodos were excellent

Stayed with Morzinlets twice last season - once in Hotel and once with a group in one of their chalets. The Hotel was convenient, reasonably priced and the evening food was good. Room was fine, if a little cramped - but then I knew what I was getting when I booked. Bar downstairs gets busy on certain nights of the week, so if you are a light sleeper, expect some noise. Bar itself is good, free wifi and sports on the box. There is also some decent apre-ski, so good fun if you are in a group. Ski bus stops across the road, so convenient for Avoriaz lift, and a short walk to both Morzine lifts. Also, number of bars and places to eat on the same street, so again, very convenient. Generally - good value and a decent place to stay. Chalet stay was excellent - the main group was picked up and dropped off by the company transfer, place was really nice and spotless, and we had a great time. We cleaned the place top to bottom afterwards, and didn't encounter any nonsense afterwards with regards repayment of our deposit. Would stay again and good value. Suggestions for Improvements - all check in/check is currently done via bar at Hotel, which naturally puts bar manager under additional stress when he's busy. Would perhaps be better if there was somebody dedicated to dealing with this, rather than leaving customers feeling they are imposing on a busy bar manager. Generally though, very happy with way both stays worked out

Apartment was lovely, ideal location, 3minute walk to bus stop, right off the centre square. Bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. Apartment very clean. Kitchen quite small, could do with a couch in kitchen but it is very small so can only fit a little table and chairs in it. Other than that, would definitely stay again

our apartment was not the same as the one advertised and we were made to clean and scrub floors when we left or face huge costs on our credit card and our apartment was not that clean to begin with the apartment didnt even have a lounge and we paid over a £1000 per week when i got home sent an email and got no reply shame morzine is amazing!(2014)

Simply awful. Dirty apartment. Broken or missing equipment. Unbelievably noisy, positioned immediately above a bar. Camp beds.

Second year running in the same apartment and again no complaints at all. The transfer from Geneva turned up early as we landed early and the flat had just finished being cleaned as we arrived. 7 blokes again but we fitted in really well despite only having one shower between us. I don't really know what more you could want from a holiday apartment that cost each of us about £160? We were in La Maison Rose which is a 10 minute uphill walk from the centre but as we leave our boots and skis in Skiset in the village it was quite a simple walk back home. We ate out every night and kept breakfast simple so the kitchen was more than adequate but it was well up to preparing family meals if you want to keep to a budget. No shortage of hot water for showers which is not always the case even in expensive hotels so top marks for that. Noise from other apartments was never an issue and hopefully no one complained about us either. You do have to clean the flat when you leave but isn't that always the way with budget self-catering apartments? It took us less than an hour (probably as there were so many of us) but it really wasn't an issue. Good transfer back to Geneva and make sure you ask the driver to stop off at the patisserie before the airport to avoid being fleeced at the airport.

Me and three friends booked a four night trip up using easy jet to fly and then acconimadition in chalet rosa,I found booking simple, web site easy to navigate good you did not have to do sat to sat as allowed us cheaper flights.staff meet us at chalet with keys which was nice.one small fault was transfer option booked through them is only good if eight in group we used apply bus which is 50 euro return from geneva which is cheaper option.i would recommend to any one and would use again if coming to morzine

Morzinelets provided everything a young family could want for their first ski experience. They operated like an extension to our family and their door was always open to help out and give advice on wider Morzine resort related issues. The accommodation was in excellent condition, the instructions were clear and the arrival and exit ran like clockwork.

We only needed a bed and bathroom as we ate out morning s and evening, very close to the hotel, Village and bus stops.
Nice and quiet and clean.
It is very basic but served the purpose and I would go back.

Stayed at the rhodos for a family wedding, staff were very helpful and bar had a great selection of beers. Ate there a few times and have no complaints with the food. Would stay there again.

I stayed in the Rhodos Hotel when visiting family in Morzine and the service was excellent. The food was great value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just returned home from Morzine and stayed at the Rhodos hotel, what a great place to stay, great location (town centre), great rooms, great bar with good atmosphere (loads of different beers and ales), and great food, many thanks to all the friendly staff.

Booked with Morzinelets for a summer MTB holiday in Morzine - Had a great time thanks to the central location of the hotel, plus the staff were super friendly and helpful.
