Snobby Shop with rude staff. Shocking attitude.

My partner and myself went to this shop earlier today. My partner had asked if they sold Adidas trainers. The shop assistant with bobbed hair told him he needed to go to POOR SHOPS.

As a business owner and property developer, I could have bought the whole shop and was shocked by this women’s attitude.

Just because my partner wears adidas trainers, I regularly buy more expensive designer items than this shop stocks.

I had a t shirt dress on me when I went in and wasn’t very flash dressed however, I am quite wealthy.

You should never judge someone on appearances and we certainly won’t be back.

Customers make your business and it doesn’t matter whether someone is spending £30 or £3000, they should all be treated the same. That is with respect, manners and curtesy.
No one should be told they should shop in POOR SHOPS !!!!!

You don’t know what that person owns or what is in their bank account just by the way they dress.

You should be ashamed of
yourselves and if you’re not the owner, who spoke to my partner, you should fire your employee as they’re not doing your business any good !

Bought expensive Rayban glasses on Tenerife. Next day I wanted to bring it back. European law says you can return goods within 2 weeks. The man and wife who workers there refused to give back money and reacted in a rude way.People who do not respect the law are criminals.

I tried to order some Birkenstocks from them. They were described as size 44 when I initiated the order. I assumed this meant 44 Regular, because if they were narrow that should have been explicitly mentioned. But no, the shoes that arrived were 44 Narrow. Correspondence with the store was unproductive, so basically I am out shipping both directions because the product descriptions in their billing system were inadequate. The easy fix would be to make sure there is a complete description of the product in the transaction description/invoice, and to get a better customer service team.

I bought a Nike bag, shipped next day from the Canary Islands and arrived in the U.K. and to me within a week, very happy! Will be ordering from them again.
