Don’t use them. Very poor communication. Badly installed and poorly positioned hand controls.

When I booked my appointment was kept the price quoted was the price charged! All work was carried out professionally and best of all they beat two other large operators in their price! Definitely use Mobility Ireland again 👌👍

I had a great experience with Motability Ireland.
It was a pleasure dealing with Jonny, Alan, Lee, Marz and the team.

They helped source a car for me, as a disabled driver and wheelchair user. They spent a lot time making sure it was the right car for me. As well as getting the adaptions required configured to my needs.

They also provided transport for me to and from the dealership for test fittings and to view potential vehicles.

They worked with me from the start to the end of the process.

I greatly appreciate their time and hard work and getting me back on the road.

Second car from Motability Ireland and yet again they never fail to impress. Personal experience for wheelchair users is hard to find but with Motability Ireland they ensured that they made sure to understand husband requirements, delivery of car for test drive and delivery once sale complete. Highly recommend

I came there 2 time to purchase a wheelchair vehicle. Both time they disappoint me. Put up the deposit both time gime me 2 weeks time to collect the car but after then no response. They show you this your car but after then you have to follow the seles representative. Very poor service. Not happy with them

Too expensive

Left car with them and then they told me that they would not be able to fix it so the sent it back to me with my air bag cut off well let me tell you they said it could not be fixed let me tell you it can they just did not want to do it and charge me to bring it back to me will not be recommended to a living person they said I sent it up to them like that how could I I’m not a macanic shame on than

We had a lovely experience dealing with Alan. Although there was some waiting time Alan dealt with our queries patiently. Wonderful service.

Approached and visited their head office in Ashbourne with the view of purchasing a new wheelchair adapted vehicle and trading in my own current one. Sales man on the day was helpful and seemed very interested. He said he would get back to me and my family and this never happened. We followed up with several emails and phone calls, but we were essentially fobbed off and ignored. Very disappointing and very bad customer relations, and unfortunately was left with no choice but will not be returning in the future to get my custom.
