Effective moth vontrol
I have purchased this moth control product before and found it effective. The website is easy to use and there was a promotional discount on offer. Because of an error the discount was not applied but this was very quickly corrected and the sum reimbursed to my account within a few days. Excellent service.

Non-working discount code.
Update!
Someone from Mothcontrol 'phoned me and apologised about the discount code not working. The discounted amount is being refunded to me. It's not a large amount and I'm impressed that this company has taken the time and made the effort to do this - fair play to them. As I said before, the goods arrived on time and in good condition.
I received 2 emails from you, both offering a 10% discount with the code SUMMER10. This didn't work on either email when I made an order. This is misleading.
The product arrived on time in good condition, there are no complaints there.

Dear Caroline,
We were surprised to receive your review stating that you "never used the company," as our records show that you placed and received three verified and fulfilled orders under your name and email:
• Order SISI-3913 – placed May 14, 2025
• Order SISI-3928 – placed May 25, 2025
• Order SISI-3929 – placed May 25, 2025
All orders were fully paid, shipped with tracking, and successfully delivered.
We believe this may have been a misunderstanding and would kindly appreciate it if you could consider revising your review to reflect your actual experience with us. We value all feedback and are always here to assist with any concerns.
Kind regards,
