I went to the Islington clinic and had a very nice experience. Staff are professional and friendly I had an early pregnancy scan that and everything was explained clearly. Facility is nice as well. Had a very pleasant experience.

Unfortunately we will not be returning nor recommending to our family and friends.
We booked a gender scan, this is our miracle baby after having a miscarriage earlier this year, so any opportunity to see our baby means the world to us.
The whole appointment felt rushed, we never received any printouts of our baby (states on the website we should have received), nor did we see any actual full images of our baby on screen.
They gave the gender, we hosted a huge gender reveal party with family and friends, thinking we were having a girl.
To then go to our NHS scan to be told we’re having a boy!!!
We complained about our experience and was basically told tough. This whole experience has really affected me and my partner and it’s meant to be such a beautiful time.

I was quite disappointed with my experience.
The sonographer initially appeared fine with me recording the patient-facing screen, and could clearly see what I was recording, but later abruptly told me I needed to put my phone away without explaining that there was a no-recording policy or why this had changed. I also felt that she struggled to maintain a clear view during the scan, and unfortunately the images I received weren't as good as I'd hoped. I was asked to sit with my hands underneath me for quite a long time to help obtain a better view, which was uncomfortable. Thankfully I was reassured to see my baby's heartbeat, but overall the experience didn't feel as enjoyable or reassuring as I expected from a private scan.

I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet facilities. There was a very unpleasant smell, faeces remained in the toilet and it didn’t appear to be flushing properly. For a healthcare setting, I expected the facilities to feel much cleaner and more hygienic. There were also perfumed intimate wipes provided, which I personally found quite inappropriate for this type of setting.

We had a really great experience at mother scan. It’s very clean and the appointment was on time. The sonographer was very informative and helpful and we loved getting an extra check before the birth. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend Mother Scan enough. I went in feeling quite anxious and was on my own. Penny (on reception) was incredibly sensitive, empathetic and kind. She communicated that I was feeling a bit worried with the sonographer and went out of her way to put me at ease - even offering to come in with me. The sonographer, Dr Hakan, was just as brilliant. Patient, calm and reassuring. The space itself was clean and relaxing. I didn’t feel rushed and felt listened to. Thank you for a brilliant experience. Well worth it for the peace of mind it offered. The kindness of both team members far surpassed my expectations.

Absolute amazing experience. The lady who performed the ultrasound was ever so lovely, informative and made the whole experience be so comfortable.
Recommend highly! They are so responsive and helpful via email also.

We had a great experience. Mel was excellent explaining everything on the scan and made us feel at ease. We had a wonderful special moment when Mel told us the gender and it was breathtaking seeing the baby in 3D on the big screen. Really amazing experience , would recommend.

The whole team was absolutely amazing. Even though I contacted them at the last minute, they still managed to arrange an appointment that suited me perfectly. The sonographer was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional.

Despite arriving late due to traffic, they were very understanding and still accepted me for my appointment. They took plenty of time to explain everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

A huge thank you to the entire team for their care and support 🙏 I would 100% recommend them.
