A recent project with Motiq was delivered professionally and on time. Pricing was competitive and the team fronted by Shaun were incredibly responsive. I would 100% recommend Motiq and will be using them again for our requirements going forwards.

The quality of the clothes is very good, washes extremely well and no peeling of the lettering!! Efficient with extras when ordered and embroidery personalisation is superb and does not lose colour! Sizing is always a big thing however across all products I have used the sizing is true maybe even slightly generous which is a plus for me!!

Recently purchased some custom team wear from Motiq, wow I was impressed with the quality for such and incredible cost. The guy that looked after us was shaun. His service was amazing.

It easily matches the top brands if not better, the process to order was simple and easy, dealing with all the staff has been a joy, and most of all they listened to what I wanted and got exactly what we designed.

These guys are not only top quality in product , but service to.

They guys at motiq are great really quick response when I put my order in.
They told me how long the order would take and this was done within time

Football kits are comfy and nice to wear. would recommend highly recommend. never had an issue with the company and great staff.

If I could give minus stars I would this was the would experience I’ve ever had. Just completely ignored me and had I not contacted them ref an offer I would have paid for nothing. Told my order was cancelled and never told me good one

Signed up for a 2 year contract with Motiq early into second year and its a horror show, order and paid for goods mid June was told by CEO this would be a 4 week delivery now on week 11 and not in country, part of my order came and badges sewn on instead of embroidered and looks horrendous, was told i would receive 2 goalkeepers strips in 2 weeks needless to say they have not appeared either, communication non existent its lie after lie, maybe just a small fish in a big sea spending the guts of 7k but it was hard earned money

If I could give zero stars I would. Order placed 4th April, now August and still no items received. Chased weekly by emails and phone, promised phone calls back with updates do not materialise, emails go unanswered. This is not the way to run a business, customer service is unheard of !

This company is an absolute disgrace, they took £1700 of our youth team’s money and almost 12 weeks later, nothing, no updates, eta’s, nothing, I would be very careful if you are about to place an order.
Eventually we have had contact with the supplier and at long last our order has arrived, they have promised to fix any sizing issues, the quality is pretty good and so the jury is still out on this supplier at present.

Had a kit and tracksuits from Motiq.

Sublimated shirts & shorts were ok, socks were an absolute disgrace. You get better quality in Sports Direct .... rips easy.

Tracksuit and training top items the sizes and fits were off. Zips break easily as well.

Quality Shirt. Excellent staff, Simon even replied to my email even while on his holiday. ordered a large came up small on me so they let me swap for a xl no bother at all.
Brilliant cause as well for a top posh legend so any posh fans yet too buy one I really recommend you get one.

No issues with the ordering process, able to pick the order up as expected.

However, the quality of the training balls we have aren’t good at all… so much so 2 of these balls actually popped within a few weeks of using them… After 3 emails chasing Motiq and no response still, terrible customer service and I’m hoping for an update on the issue.

I have now ordered kit for our club on three separate occasions, and on each one the communication from the team has been first class.
My latest order was for football shorts. As usual I was told they would be 4 -6 weeks for delivery. Well no!!
I got them in just over 3 weeks. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you very much.

We have had our coaching uniform for over a year and the quality for our staff has been great! We’ve literally worn these in every type of weather and they have kept us warm, cool, dry, dirt comes out well so great review from us! (We also have ensured we have got very muddy in these and really put them to the test!) Also recommend the hats we ordered too! Service from everyone here was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't reccoment MOTiQ highly enough! I had a last minute order to make (of over 30 kits), which definitely stretched the team - but at no point were there any negativity or hesitance to help, the order was met with a "can do" attitude, working with me and providing regular updates along the way to ensure the kit got to me in time for the event day.

Shaun and the team really impressed me - from their excellent customer service, to the quick turn around and then following all that up with great quality products - you can't ask for any more than that.

If you want good quality and to be supplied by a great team, MOTiQ are the people to use!
