MFS were prompt with every stage of this process. I want to mention Claire in particular. She guided me through the process of applying for finance for the first time ever.
She was professional yet friendly and helped set my butterflies to sleep. When I needed to ask what could be classed as "stupid questions" she answered them and I never felt a 'numpty' for asking them.
The whole process with MFS has been easy and they make sure you understand every step and send appropriate emails and texts, at all stages.
