Unhappy customer
Very pleased with the vehicle I bought, but the handover when picking it up was shocking.Had to wait 35 minutes before anyone attended to my wife and I.Vehicle had 3 faults on it when we first viewed it, none of them were looked at.Vehicle interior had not been cleaned .Spoke to receptionist 4 times asking if i could speak to someone evertime the response was everyone was busy and some one would return my call No one did. Ask to speak to a manager and received exactly same response.Vehicle was outside when we collected it and was difficult to check the body work because it had rained heavily.

After reading Trustpilot reviews, I felt confident in the company.
First impressions were great from the lovely showroom to the quality of cars.
Best thing is there is no hard sell and staff members are helpful and polite.
Reece, who helped me at Birtley branch was fabulous and I will most definitely be back for my next car.
All round great experience.

My overall experience at Birtley Motorpoint was amazing, the staff were great and asked questions upon arrival then let me get on with looking (which is what I prefer compared to other places where staff would be chasing you every two seconds). Going into Motorpoint Birtley I wasn’t expecting to buy a car, however, the next day I went straight back as I fell in love with a car there. That’s when I bumped into Kate Smith, she was amazing! As someone who doesn’t know much about cars and purchasing them Kate was there to help. Kate was patient and was a great helping hand. Overall my experience was great and I will definitely consider going back again. If anyone gets the chance to speak to Kate I can truthfully say you will have a great experience with her as well as all the staff.

Bought car under 3years old,15-000…
Bought car under 3years old,15-000 miles on clock.Did 800miles put it in for service at Vauxhall dealer.outcome of service needed 1 new front tyre the other was just on legal limit recommended to change.also needed new brake pads and Discs which cost me several hundred pounds.got in touch with motor point they said it had a30point check before sale would not refund parts cost.

Looking at your case, your tyre and brake pads were deemed within standard at point of handover and that your issues were reported a significant amount of time after you collected your vehicle .
