Motorpoint - Newport Opiniones 

On purchasing a vehicle from the company with in days we notified them of a problem they suggested to take it to the main dealership and if they could not fix the problem come to motor point. It took mg over six weeks to fit us in and could not resolve the problem so went back to motor point who said because of the time they couldn’t do anything but offered to part exchange with a considerable loss .

This was my fourth car from motorpoint so was well versed in how they work. The price is on the car so you take it or leave it, and the prices are quite good. The PX might be negotionable, but not a lot. It's a no frills car sales outlet and remember the sales staff get a bonus on each one the sell. The first salesman wasn't much good and could,nt produce the service record for the car. The second did in minutes and I bought the car.

Mr Cartlidge was friendly and very helpful. The other person we saw we thought was quite rude. We were glad to complete our purchase with mr Cartlidge

I Saw three different people during the buying process would have been easier if it were the same person. Although all three were perfectly pleasant.
None of them offered to go through the car to explain how the tec. worked. This is the 4th car purchased from Motorpoint and I would use them again.

I would like to add firstly that Chris Kettle was a true professional who sold the car to my daughter seamlessly, added additional warranty and maintenance plan and was a joy to deal with. His line manager Michael can only be described as a disgrace! Simply should not be in a customer facing role. This individual ruined a young girls first car purchase with an arrogant, incompetent and clearly unaware of any customer experience competency. I am sure Motorpoint are not so proud of this individual but one bad apple ruins the crop! I feel he should pay the bonus that Chris will now miss out on due to a poor review - I would be interested how Michaels colleague pulse feedback results would fair?

Chris was great from start to finish.made the whole process of buying my Puma st straight forward.I was a bit sceptical about going into a pcp deal but he explained it all perfect and Put together a great pack with a extended 3 year warranty I was happy with.Car was perfect as well! really happy with it.Will be returning again when the time comes.

Josh at the Newport store was so helpful as was Precious in the Sales team in Derby, I can't thank them enough and I can't fault the service from Motorpoint team 1 bit.

Tom at Newport was very helpful and patient, I ordered the car from another branch and when I went to collect/view the car it was not entirely as described in the advert, the interior was not leather but the cheaper sensatec and the car mats that the advert said were included were missing, however other than that the car was in good condition. Tom was very patient and looked for alternatives that were on site

Collected my 4th car from Motorpoint Newport. No issues at all!
