The sales manager Steve was more than helpful and went over and above to see that we got the car we were looking for

Met with Josh in Oldbury, who offered help and advice in a clear way, he didn't try to pressure me or give me any bs, which was appreciated. Nice selection of cars to view. The only irritating thing is all the paperwork.

Same old Chestnut, can't do enough for you when your buying a car, diabolical after service (Oldbury depot) when there's a problem, at this time 3 days to resolve an issue i was told would take 4 hours. Staff keep apologising but its not good enough

Just a great experience

Terrible service on all fronts . Information I gave them from the online service they didnot believe me. I was proven right after I spoken to them . The salesman was patronising and not very professional. Th woman he spoke to was even less enthusiastic than him. If this is the how they work now before they get your money my godfather be aware. In fact go elsewhere i certainly will. Companies like this have no customer care. There prices aren't good.anyway. 3 to 4 thousands pounds on top of the going price., the ones I looked at. And poor money for your old car. Don't be taking in by the way they talk to you they don't care less. Really the person in charge on the day a woman don't know her name is to blame. If she is incompetent the chances are the rest will follow.

Very welcoming, we came for a test drive and just to see what a particular car was like decided it wasn’t for us but then sat down with the salesman and came up with another option that suited us better. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that the car we brought developed an oil leak within three days which made a mess of our drive, Motorpoint did the simple repair under warranty but as the vehicle had been serviced by them it should have been picked up before ruining our drive!

A pleasant environment to be able to look at the vehicles in our own time with no pressure or hard sell by the staff. The member of staff who looked after us Josh was very professional helpful and listened to what we required in a very relaxed manner . Also when we picked the car up Sam looked after us and was very helpful and sorted all the relevant paper work out , all round excellent service.

Very helpful no hard selling

Josh was great from the moment we walked in the door to the moment I drove away in my car.
I like how you go to them and you don’t have sales people following you around and you can browse in your own time. Then if you need someone they are right there ready to answer any questions.
Josh looked after us all the way through and he was superb. I had a slight issue with paint on the car and it was sorted within days. He kept me up to date along the way and couldn’t do enough. My car was immaculate when I picked it up. Really really happy with everything.
