The customer service I received from the moment I walked through the door was brilliant. Although I was disappointed to have issues with my car battery on the same day I collected the car, I appreciate that things do go wrong, and the prompt way the issues were dealt with was first class.
I would definitely recommend Motorpoint Peterborough to family and friends.

Really positive and easy experience selling my car. Took me a short time to get a valuation online and easy to book an appointment. Uploaded information before the appointment to save time.
When I arrived, walked into reception and was greeted immediately by a friendly receptionist who was on the phone but smiled and grabbed a colleague to help me straight away. Booked in, short wait to see Kelvin, who explained the process really simply and easily. Inspected the car which took no more than 10 minutes. Couple of other staff members acknowledged me as they walked past, so felt welcome in their business. Offer was not changed from online offer despite a couple of extra issues with car that I wasn't aware of so hadn't declared. Sale agreed and funds in my account within minutes of confirmation.
Kelvin then processed the DVLA notification on my behalf and helped me with the final bits
A hugely pleasant experience. Offer was 50% higher than We Buy Any Car, after all their deductions. Slightly less convenient to travel to Motorpoint, but well worth the extra time involved for the service and price - if you want certainty in the offer and you have a branch close-ish to you, I'd thoroughly recommend going to Motorpoint above anyone else. Thanks Kelvin and team for the excellent experience.

Some staff were very helpful and easy to understand. One member of staff was difficult to understand on the phone. The staff member who sold me the car at the pickup location was not very cheerful and it didn’t appear that she was very bothered about selling the car to me.

Tyre needs replacing and only had car 4 days

Disappointed screen wash hadn't been checked was empty what happened to all checks that you are meant to do!

Josh was really helpful from the first phone call to the final handover of the car.My wife was very nervous about the test drive and driving around roads she wasn't familiar with,but he put her at ease straight away.The showroom was spotlessly clean and a really friendly vibe around the place.Will definitely buy again from there.

The no pressure helpfulness really made a difference. It was all about how to make the experience easy and seamless, rather than all the problems and barriers I seem to encounter when trying to get any form of service nowadays.

We originally booked to view a car at your Sheffield Branch but found a car we liked at Peterborough. It was all sorted out and our deposit moved across. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Although the sales process and staff was helpful the car itself had deep scratches on the bonnet which needed a respray. Also the gearbox was broken and although Mazda resolved the problem the car itself self was not properly checked before going up for sale. I will buy from a main dealer next time as lot of personal time wasted to get resolved.
