To echo other reviews, service here at the Sheffield branch is terrible. Left waiting for an hour til close. then was lied too by a sales executive as confirmed by the online team.

The car should’ve been available at the appointment. It wasn’t due to a 7” scratch on the roof

Payout request sent to finance company even though I didn’t authorise the car.

Only praise would be to the online team who did their best to fix the poor service, I ultimately spoke with money and rejected the car.

The best they could offer was PPF for a Fabia and a full tank, I understand financial compensation is far-fetched to say I didn’t incur cost, but this is an expensive purchase and they stood to gain alot from the finance.

Our visit was good and efficient. The car was great. Test drive was well organised and then it was practical and efficient to buy the car. We were pleasantly surprised how well it was organised.

Fantastic experience. I wasn’t surprised though as this was not my first dealing with Motor Point. Staff were amazing starting with Gianluca who went above and beyond to source out for me the vehicle that I wanted. Then on collection day both Oliver and Helena were both fantastic in making the experience as smooth as possible. All three are a credit to the Sheffield branch.

Efficient, honest, friendly, nothing too much trouble, no pressure to buy whatsoever.

HOWEVER … OMG..,,,dealt with Motorpoint BURNLEY …. Minus stars. 0/10. 😡
Once they have your money they have no interest in helping.
The worst customer care in my life to date!
In no circumstance would I ever recommend friends or family to use Motorpoint Burnley. Steer clear!

How these two branches can be the same company is pretty unbelievable!

Getting our car transferred from Glasgow and dealing with a great young man called Oliver.

Very personable staff. Willingness to help. I had my very ill father who was with me and both Logan & Finn were patient with him which meant a lot to my/our overall experience .

Adam was fantastic and listened to what I was looking for. Communication as great and handover was a dream

salesman listening to what I wanted and not waffling in return to get the sale .

Having purchased a car, I was told the day before collection that there was a problem found during checks, and the car would have to go back to the dealership, as it was under warranty. In spite of this set back, the team could not have done more, providing a loan car and sourcing an equivalent car from another branch. Giving 5 stars mostly for the excellent customer service from the people I dealt with at Sheffield - Cameron and Lewis, who both took time and care to ensure that everything went well.

I’ve now had 5 cars from Motorpoint Sheffield, the experience is one of no pressure, great choice of cars and a relaxed atmosphere.

Really helpful from start to finish. You were introduced as soon as you walked in then left to browse at your leisure. Great selection of cars and then when we found the one we wanted the process was quick and easy. We dealt with Brandon and Oliver at the Sheffield branch and they were a credit to the company

Adam Simpkins was fantastic really helpful and involved my son during my visit, this was very important to me.
Great car and was able to drive away on the day.

All the staff are very helpful. We were looked after by Helena. No pressure from anyone. Test drives are very easy to arrange. Cars are very well presented.
