I purchased a Hyundai Tuscan, I was promised full service history two keys and 12 months MOT
Unfortunately the key got sadly destroyed and Lewis even though he had been ill for a week got a genuine replacement key for us

The company have been brilliant totally transparent and non pushy

No pressure selling, you just wander around, if you like something they bring the keys for you to have a proper look.
I took an Ipace out for a test drive, no hassle. End it buying it, Andy was our sales rep and made everything so pleasant and easy

Although we didnt find exactly what we were looking for, Yaz went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely be checking here for a new car before anywhere else!

I reserved a Audi A1 listed in their haslingden branch on 3rd July by paying 100 £ on phone to their sales executive . Cancelled the reservation in 1/2 hr as I wanted front sensors in the car and these were not present when I reviewed the car videos.
Still struggling to get back my reservation deposit. Trying emailing and calling them but to no avail. Taking help of citizens advice consumer helpline now to get back my deposit.
Please be wary of this dealership

I had help from Riz when going to get my car he made sure everything was simply and very straight forward to make things less stressful even a few days before picking my car up he would give me a call to give me a update on how things where going and when the car is ready to be collected. I honestly thought financing a car was gonna be a headache but I was very surprised how straight forward and easy it was! And after that I was driving away in my new car in just under a week of my first phone call. Cheers Riz you where very helpful and I appreciate what you did 👍

Very good experience purchasing a car here the service was very good and Yas made is feel very welcome and helped make a great deal.

Absolute waste of time if you want to buy a car from these cowboys,had mine 2 day and it ended up back with them with a faulty gearbox.
They had the car just over a month and I had to ring and ring and ring to try and get progress reports on it, they ever once rang me back to tell me what was happening with my car, then when I got it back they gave some excuse as to why the paperwork wasn't with it to prove the work was done. Absolute shambles of a place to deal with after you have spent your money....... Avoid.

I bought a car from them in March, did a part exchange. When they came to sell the part ex. they asked for service history which I didn’t have but gave them the means to obtain it from previous dealer. This required the previous dealer to ask for my permission to release the information, which I gladly gave. I have noticed that my car came without service history which I mentioned. I was told to email them to sort this out. 2 emails have been sent and not one has been replied to. There is clearly no TRUST in the name motortrust
