I bought a product from this company and had it shipped to Italy. The order was dispatched immediately after my payment, and the shipping was very fast.

Unfortunately, due to an issue with the delivery address handled by the Italian postal service, the package could not be delivered and was returned to the sender.

Throughout the entire process, the customer support team was excellent. They communicated with me promptly and even offered a full refund once the returned package arrived back to them. Since I still needed the product, I asked if they could resend it instead. Despite the additional shipping costs, they kindly shipped the item again at no extra charge to me.

I received the package just a few days later, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with both the product and the outstanding customer service. Thank you for your professionalism, excellent communication, and willingness to help. I highly recommend this company!

Received exactly what I ordered , quality OE parts.Some Parts are becoming difficult to source but that's the joys of loving an obsolete bike.
Motorwerks still seem to have some parts others no longer have or stock.
My go to place to keep her going.

I had to replace the head on my F800r and needed all the associated bits, washers gaskets, not only was everything in stock but the chap I spoke to was really patient and answered all my silly questions and found out various details. Knowledgeable, generous with his time and really helpful. Postage was quick and the products top quality. I even got a keyring and a sticker. Great old school company. Thanks!

They provide an excellent service, possibly a bit pricey, but they have what you want.
Only thing that let's them down is the site! Clunky and counter intuitive. Why is it so difficult to log in?
It's answered on the questions section NOT. Then it asks if their answers helped, you click on no and it tells you to log in! That's what I'm trying to do.
What and where is the "Hamburger Icon"? The Motorworks badge is the nearest thing, but does not help you log in!

I have bought parts for several BMW motorcycles from Motorworks over the years and have always found their service exemplary. Lots of items are held in stock, and there is a good selection of quality second hand parts available as well. Packing and dispatch times are good, with several delivery options available to suit. It's just a shame they no longer have a counter service for collection, as sometimes I need a part immediately and I live within easy travelling distance of their warehouse!

Have ordered from this place several times for my BMW K1300S - my preferred site for bike parts. Items arrive quickly and are of a reasonable price. You can choose between OEM or pattern parts. Very happy with the service and goods, will definitely use again.
