Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Dog lead and collar from Mountain Dog.Ordered on the 18th of June. Further to my earlier review, the Mountain Dog company have re dispatched my order which I have received and I am very pleased .
Ordered on the 18th of June. Still not received. Post Office tracking says sender has dispatched the package on Wednesday 19th and when they receive it more information will be available. Nothing since.

We're so sorry to hear that your order is not yet with you Gerald. The good news is your order was fulfilled and handed over to Royal Mail within 24hours of being placed. It does seem that there has been a very rare issue with Royal Mail's network in this instance.
Our customer service team are always happy to help if reached out to and alas, were not aware of an issue until we saw your review today the 1st July.

My two reasons for choosing Mountain…
My two reasons for choosing Mountain Dog for a Ruffwear Tri-paw harness were: The price was cheaper then Ruffwear for the same product and secondly the reviews, as far as the latter goes, the people that gave 1 star reviews in the majority of instances were in my mind the type of people that just like to moan and want something for nothing, each case was answered professionally, honestly and with class. Onto the Tri-paw harness we ordered a medium as per the sizing guide and bare in mind her current Ruffwear harness is a medium, so that is what we ordered, unfortunately it didn't fit around the girth, so I sent the harness back for a larger one, the whole process was smooth, no quibbling and we received the new harness 3 days later, I would recommend Mountain Dog 100% and if you don't, you need to give your head a wobble.

Top choice for pets
Great choice of products & super efficient customer service. I ordered shoes for my goldie, these are perfect protection for his paws. The delivery was super fast. Overall very happy with mountain dog.

Quick and simple delivery - posted through letter box. I have not tried the lead yet, but it looks perfect, exactly what I was after. Very good quality nylon with some rubber inserts and the clasp looks high quality. Would recommend

Thank you for recommending to order two sizes to try
Thank you for recommending to order two sizes when not sure about the right-sized harness for our dog who is a cross-breed and a funny shape. We did not need to try the small on as it was obvious it would not fit. Followed the instructions online to return the small size. Ended up ordering two new harnesses for the other dogs!
