Been told my claim and refund was…

Been told my claim and refund was coming and still haven’t received anything. It’s past the 21 business days, refund for $876 overcharge for booking was according to their own email was a soon as they got the final bill of lading which they did and still didn’t get nothing have to constantly contact them with an update nothing is still showing on my account. Not a very good business to deal with as they just make every excuse possible to not pay you.

Unlike other broker setups, they actually make sure we’re profitable, leaving us over $5/cu ft on both ends and never taking more than a 20% deposit. They truly changed the game for us.

From day one, they helped us get established and really built out our online presence in a way we never could have done alone.
