They turned up on time, worked quickly, were helpful, took reasonable care of my stuff and didn't break or damage stuff.

I used moved it all removals 5 days ago. It did not end well. The guys did not finished the work and left me with one massive sofa and a heavy furniture table unmoved. I paid the full amount priced by Nelson. I paid a total of £600 - £750 to move a 2 bed house within 30 minutes distance in west london.

I called Nelson expecting he would send someone to finish the work over the following days. Nelson said he would see what he could do, and went quit. I had to enroll a different company to finish the work.

It was second time I used the company service. First time in 2023 went very well. The guys did the job swiftly and well.

I think what went wrong this time is that Nelson sent one driver who was not fit for the work, and a second guy who was the only one really doing the work.

Despites I paid a fairly good amount of money Nelson sent me one and half men. That's why they could not finish the work.

Besides that the guys from this company are cool. It's just i feel they failed me this time and they should have put more effort to finish the work I paid for.

My recommendation is that you never pay the full amount until they complete the work.

I would highly recommend Move It All Removals. The company were excellent, professional and the price was very competitive too. Nelson was an excellent communicator, answered our questions promptly and kept us updated. When the team arrived Albert and the driver were such nice guys and went out of their way to make it stress free. It went so smoothly that we are using them again for another job. Great team

The lovely Nelson was very professional very strong and incredibly kind and careful. He has a huge van so can accommodate any kind of large or small projects. His rates were very reasonable and I would genuinely recommend him and his team.
