Only 1 out of the 5 movers I selected…
Only 1 out of the 5 movers I selected reached out to provide a quote. Loved the fellow who I spoke with but I was hoping for more than 1 option so I could shop around a bit. I thought that was the purpose of using a tool like this. Either way, I'm most likely going with the company that contacted me but I'd have liked more to consider.

I was disappointed in the cost of the company referred. I decided to do my own research and found plenty less expensive. I guess it is possible I didn't fill something out correctly. We have a small move from one apartment to another in the same building.

Emailed Tuesday AM for move Friday
Emailed Tuesday AM for move Friday. Was told I could not be helped because 3 business days are required which makes no sense. Tues/Wed/Thurs are 3 business days. Or Wed/Thurs/Fri?
Still got a list of contacts which did help, but I'm not sure why the person said they couldn't do whatever they're supposed to do in addition.

Based on hundreds of Coach residents we've serviced in the past year, our data tells us that residents with a move within a 3-day period from using Move Matcher to search for movers are most successful in booking their mover when contacting them directly from the Quote Results Page, rather than through Coach. The Move Matcher Coach, the moving companies, and the resident often are unable to communicate with one another fast enough during a 3-day period to book the mover at the price and time slot preferred by resident and available for mover. Movers are also most often booked in advance for Fridays and Saturdays especially at the end and beginning of every month. Moving is stressful..
Moving is stressful... and completely eased the stress of finding movers. My Move Matcher was awesome, very responsive and super helpful! I told Patti my requirements, and she went right to work to find multiple options for my move! Will be recommending to all my friends who have upcoming moves for sure.

I had spoken with the representatives from MM earlier. And my move date was confirmed so I gave a quick peek at the website. Within 20 minutes my move was scheduled and I was set to go. This made that so much easier.

Patti was so easy to work with! She got a quote to me in less than 24 hours, and the movers seem to meet all the needs so far. I had gotten a quote on my own and Patti was able to beat that by a few hundred dollars! Very impressed!

The online estimates provided by companies do not a actually return a soft estimate; instead, you have to speak with them by phone and/or s heckle an in home appointment for an estimate. It’s understandable an in person estimate is likely more close to accurate; still, not even having a soft estimate or revealing hourly rates (in some cases) or special fees doesn’t really lend its self toward helping consumers. Instead, the businesses are at a greater advantage. It’s difficult to determine if the site is heated more toward offering consumers assistance in selecting services or companies or if it functions more as a hub for businesses to promote themselves with limited transparency. I’m not sure the site offers much balance.
