Run!!! Don't walk away from this company that exhibits fraudulent practices and trains their employees to lie and lie again!

This horrible company is not only a complete and ridiculous joke...they hold your belongings hostage until you pay twice the quoted amount under duress.

I made 10+ phone calls in 3 weeks time to try to help my daughter get her belongings back.

They promised action and said they'd call me back more times than I can count. No action was taken and I never received a single call back.

I had to call in multiple times a week. So did my daughter.

I spoke to Jeff, Elizabeth and Raven multiple different times and was told a different story EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

I was told flat out lies on why my daughter's belongings were being held and not delivered. Over and over again!

I was told she hadn't called in to release her belongings from storage (she never asked for storage)

I was told they were waiting on a truck that would arrive the next day (I was told this 3 times a week for about 3 weeks!!!)

I was told so many different bold faced lies but they won't fit in the space they allow for reviews here. But my attorney has every detail and I am suing this crooked company that engages in malicious practices!

I was told we'd receive a refund for all the issues. I didn't ask for that. I just wanted my daughter's belongings delivered and at no extra cost.

Then I was told the maximum additional charge would not be more than $500. And that it would only be charged if there was a shuttle required...but that was rare and not to worry.

Then they finally delivered everything almost 2 months later and charged us an additional $2200!!!

My daughter lived in a 260 square foot studio. Her only larger items were a full size futon mattress (no frame), a small desk and chair and a papasan chair. That's it!!!

And about 20 boxes of personal items. They charged her almost $6,000!!!
Twice what they said it would be!

I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau next and filing a lawsuit!

I have all dates and correspondence documented. So does my daughter.

I don't just want a refund of AT LEAST $2200. I want this company shut down!

They are thieves, frauds and liars that take advantage of people during the stressful time of moving. They use threats, coercion and demand additional money under duress.

You don't get your belongings back unless you pay a lot more money. It's repulsive and disgusting and they should not be allowed to operate this way. It's wrong on SO many levels! It's criminal!!!

DO NOT USE!!!! I used a moving company called MOVEUS.PRO LLC or MOVEUS .llc for a long distance move from California to Florida. It was a nightmare!!! First they misrepresented having their own trucks (only had them for local moves. Next , they underestimated size of move and once they picked up the order, they added $3000 to cost plus brought a truck too small for load which forced me to leave behind some of my belongings. The move took almost 3 months to complete and they failed to meet the contractual element of :1 Reassembling furniture at delivery that they disassembled at pickup. 2. They were supposed to pay $30 per day for every day past guaranteed delivery date. They were 36 days late and to date (8 months after delivery), I havent received a penny. 3. They failed to unwrap and place furniture in the proper area of my home.

They offered me a bribe of $500 if I took down a negative review I had posted on Angi.

Their mailing address in Seattle is bogus and when I tried to serve court papers at the listed address, there was no person at that address.

For all these reasons , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Scam company that gives a fake quote, then charges a lot more, lies about your delivery date and hires different movers for the lowest possible date.
