What a fab company and products! I bought the mat and peanut massage ball! I have to admit at first my knees felt a little sad that it wasn’t thicker but they got used to it pretty quickly. The peanut ball is so soothing for my next when it feels a little stiff - I always make sure movement is my top priority but this feels so good as a back up tool and instant relief. Next on my list is the cork ball! 😉

The MoveWell band arrived quickly and has been a valuable addition to my recovery and strength conditioning, being much more comfortable than the latex alternatives.

I’ve been so impressed with all of the movewell equipment, I especially love the cork ball and peanut as it feels good to work with a natural material. The mat is so grippy and great quality, I can tell that it’s going to last a long time.

With a lot of similar products out there but mostly plastic and rubber and not always doing what is hoped it's nice to have a company like Movewell to bring some very nice looking products that are sustainable and made from recycled materials. I'm looking forward to making the most of them sorting my niggles out during 2024.

What I was drawn too with Movewell is the products are not only extremely useful for my recovery from training but the it’s the fact that they are recycled cork. Not only do they kick plastics and rubbers into touch but they look are feel so good alongside this. The neat bag that houses it all is super for travel too

Really impressed by the quality of these products, the foam roller is firm enough and along with contact with the founders on how best to use them, I’ve had a really fantastic experience. The peanut has to be a personal favourite though with its ability to reach those more specific, deeper areas of tension which allow much freer movement in the aftermath. The fact the products are planet focused too makes a big difference.

Fab company, very friendly and helpful staff plus high quality, sustainably made products. Would highly recommend everyone switching from plastic-based products to these.
