Guy was our estate agent for our first house purchase and we cannot recommend him highly enough. The process was long and stressful, but Guy made it so much more manageable from start to finish.

What really stood out to us was how understanding and genuinely caring he was throughout the whole process. He went beyond just doing his job and always seemed to understand how we were feeling, adding such a lovely human touch to what can otherwise feel like a very impersonal process. He was incredibly responsive, communicative and always kept us updated, even when there wasn’t necessarily any new information to share.

We always felt that he genuinely cared about getting us into our new home and was willing to go the extra mile to help things along. His calm, friendly and understanding approach made such a difference, particularly during the more difficult parts of the purchase.

We are so grateful for everything Guy did for us and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Always available, communication was first-class throughout—every phone call and email was answered promptly, and whilst things outside of his control were very testing, he took all the stress out of what was at times a very difficult process.

Guy was super knowledgeable and honest. He was approachable and would put me at ease through this very stressful house move (nothing to do with Guy!) communication was amazing and can't fault it! Guy is the ultimate professional, but with a great sense of humour. He guided me , very patiently through each step, from beginning to end . He vetted all viewers , making sure they were suitable and Guy was always ready to answer my questions quickly, by phone, email or text.
On completion day he rang me and talked me through the days process, as well as congratulating me.
