I was charged an extra $250.00 and wasn’t informed of why. I got all my things in the time that was in the range they said. So in that aspect, it was great, but that is also their job, and that is what I expected. A reason why, would have been more professional.

Hi Phil. We appreciate your feedback and taking the time to give us a review. According to our records, the $202 extra charge was for extra space used on the truck. You should have been notified and sent a receipt for that when the extra space was accounted for at loading.
