All estate agents are the same, right? Well, no actually. We do things differently. Our aim is a simple one - to give you a stress-free, professional experience by doing what's best for you and your individual needs.
So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

Very quick and efficient!…house sold…
Very quick and efficient!…house sold within a day of being put on the market!
We had a quite a short time frame to move and Andrea & Ken were constantly ringing solicitors, our buyer and our builder to make sure everything progressed to make sure we could move into our new build on time!
I would highly recommend (from somebody who doesn’t do reviews)

Amazing!!
AMAZING - From start to finish Andrea and Ken put 110% into selling our house. From the offset we were made to feel so comfortable and knew we were in good hands. We mostly dealt with Andrea during our sale, she kept us up to date throughout. We experienced a few hiccups along the way during our sale of which I strongly believe we would not have gotten through if it wasn’t for the hard work of Andrea. She really did go above and beyond, our sale took less than two months from start to finish with Andrea and Ken selling our house on day one of it going on the market! I could not recommend them any more. Thank you so much for everything!!

Brilliant staff and customer service
Ken and Andrea are absolutely amazing I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. Andrea kept me constantly updated throughout the process and answered any questions/queries that I had with no issues at all. I would 100% recommend Movuno to anybody buying or selling a house.

Movuno have been fantastic
Movuno have been fantastic, they helped me sell my house and were very professional. Olivia managed my case throughout and she was very friendly, helpful and professional.
We had loads of viewings and offers and Lakan and some other team members helped complete all the viewings.
We're so relieved to have sold it and we'd recommend movuno to friends and family.

The guy's at Movuno have done it again
I'd never heard of Movuno until the house I was buying was being sold by them. I was so impressed with Andrea & Ken, I asked them to sell my property. Today, and a lot of blood, sweat & tears we've got there..... They have put so much hard work into the sale of my house.
I would highly recommend the team to anyone who was thinking of selling there property.

Movuno are fabulous
Movuno were superb with us from start to finish. Due to issues further down the chain, our sale was a drawn our process - but Andrea in the Hindley office never gave up,and constantly fought our corner to push the sale along.
We also found Movuno very reasonably priced in comparison to other agents in the area.
We would recommend Movuno in a heartbeat.

A very professional company
We have used Movuno twice to sell properties and they have always been very helpful. They arranged all the viewings (as we live abroad) and kept us fully updated. Movuno were recommended to us by family and we would certainly do the same. A very friendly and professional team!
