All estate agents are the same, right? Well, no actually. We do things differently. Our aim is a simple one - to give you a stress-free, professional experience by doing what's best for you and your individual needs.
So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

I found movuno value for money as they…
I found movuno value for money as they did not charge a percentage of the sale price for their fees which many other estate agents do which was much more expensive. They took great pictures and showed many people round my property over a week and found me a buyer within a week.

Fantastic service
After listing our property with another agent we came across Movuno when we found a property to purchase through them. It quickly became apparent how professional they are and we asked them to deal with the sale of our property. Michaela looked after our sale, answering any questions we had and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I found Movuno to be a lovely company to deal with, where all the staff provide an excellent friendly service. I cannot recommend them highly enough, as their communication was brilliant - particularly Madison who was amazing at moving the house sale forward. Thank you very much for making my 1st house purchase an easy process.

Slow to respond
Slow to respond, ended up pulling out of purchase with them and buying a property elsewhere, not ideal really but could not loose my buyer through Bridgefords. It cost me a lot of money!

Random email asking me to review them some 5 years after attempting to view a property via them. Mind you still quicker to reply than purple property shop!.. Updated,now being told all trustpilots error but how would they get my email? Who would provide the email? Who held my email on file? Can't even admit liability.

A long struggle finally over
Movuno provided an excellent service keeping in touch with buyer’s, agents and conveyancers and giving regular updates.
My sale was drawn out due to problems with in the chain so the updates were very useful.
A big thank you to Michaela and all the team at Movuno for all their help.
