Exactly the lawnmower that I wanted at a good price - and it arrived fairly quickly

I routinely order parts for my Honda engines from these Guys, the service is exceptional, the price for postage is relatively high for low value items so it’s best to wait until you have a larger order, don’t let that put you off though, they are great.

Great service, good value, parts arrived when said despite a pandemic! Will definitely be using this company again

Goods ordered 6 weeks ago still not received and no reply to emails sent since which notified the non-delivery and requested a firm delivery date.

Fantastic service. Ordered on Sunday evening (when I assume they were closed) and the product arrived Tuesday morning. Can't get better than that. I will definitely use Mowerplus again.

Not too good so far - ordered and paid but no goods received. Contacted (email/WhatsApp) 3 times - no reply.
Update - sent to wrong address (despite clear delivery instructions)
Very polite on phone but no offer to resend or refund.

I have bought previously from congleton garden machinery, their prices are to be believed, excellent,, however this occasion delivery was a little late but that won’t put me off in the future I hope it was a one off

Spring was for a newer model as my mower is over 30 years old.
I adapted it to fit and mower is now working again

Item easy to find on the web site with part number.
Goods as advertised with prompt delivery in good condition.

Came very quickly, surprised as they were rather specialist parts I needed, very good service will be using again for future parts

I get asked for a review, 2 weeks after ordering an “in stock item”, which is 1 week after I ring them to enquire “how’s my order doing....can I collect it yet?”, at which point I get informed “yes early next week” which comes and goes with no comms, and then I get an email request to review them on Trust Pilot.....
So to be clear, after 2 weeks I still don’t have the item I ordered or have any idea when I will!!
