I was going to discard my Sovereign electric mower (after only a year) because the bolts holding the plastic blades had broken off, then I decided to see if the head cutter part was available and found Mowspares. Ordered the part on the Tuesday, it arrived Friday. Brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant - Maarten double checked the part - even sent a photo, the ONLY place I could get a blade for my ten yr old Qualcast.

Ordered a grass bag XSS46F for my hawksmoor lawnmower. Order came in good time and was correct size and seems a good quality item.

so needed a new spool for my hawksmore strimmer which i have had 2 years on one spool. could have purchased a cheap one, but went for a better quality one at more expense.
arrived quickly. lasted 2 hours before it broke. called them and they said they would call me back. they never did. Emailed them and they never replied.
its not difficult to reply and keep a customer who will then order more products.
don't reply! , I get my money back through my card company and you get a honest poor review on your company.
trip to business school wouldn't go a miss.

Appalling company, where customer service is nil. Ordered the part and the postman left it on the doorstep buts it’s disappeared. The company should send it signed for so that it’s not just left in view of everyone walking past. The lack of customer service is awful and I get the impression that Martin the manager doesn't give a crap about customers just getting money from us and that’s the end of it. Choose another company, your might pay a bit more but at least your custom will be appreciate. Alistair is a nice guy but he can’t do anything with Martin’s approval, he is obviously the stumbling block. Send your money elsewhere. They need to take it up with Royal Mail for leaving it in a NOT safe area !!!! Here I am, ordered the part for my mower on the 1st July , now 9th July and it looks like I’m going to have to buy another one elsewhere, my grass needs cutting badly but they don’t care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

9/7 After speaking to Martin finally, I am going to have to wait for I’m to log a complaint with Royal Mail that could take weeks. He has no idea about customer service and asked he to purchase another one and that they would ship it to me today. He said if he gets a refund from Royal Mail that he would refund me for one of them. Use this company at your own risk. LOOK AT ALL THE 1STAR REVIEWS, common theme is, product doesn’t turn up!!! You’ve been warned !!

Ordered a mower blade late on a Wednesday night got new blade Friday morning mower like new didn't think I would be able to get a blade as mower old but nope mow spares had 1 excellent company to deal with

I wanted to get replacement cutting spools for a new garden strimmer. I contacted Mowspares and received 5* service from the start. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Great service. Well worth contacting them first if you need anything in the spares line

After a bad experience with another spares supplier, Mow Spares were like a breath if fresh air.
Straight through on the one and only telephone call required. Spares ordered and received next day.

What a fantastic company to deal with. My order was out of stock but I was kept informed throughout the process. I even received a phone to keep me informed. The item arrived perfectly packaged.
In an email they also mentioned that they were proud supporters of their local 'shed' and how to find my local shed, ask them about it. Something I will be looking into, having recently retired

I received excellent service from Mow Spares. After an initial glitch, my spares arrived today in less than 24 hours after a very constructive conversation and they are just what I requested. Some feedback - Mow, you might want to take a look at your website for a possibly misleading box that deletes the bank info. I shall certainly go to Mow next time I need garden spares. The profile of comments is very odd - people seem to love or hate you! I am definitely on the love end.

Calls unanswered, voicemail inbox full. No response to emails, no response to whatsapps. Seem to have shut down?

Needed a part for my Worx Garden Shredder.
There were two companies who could supply it. Funnily enough ...both have the same address?
Anyway....More than happy with the parts I wanted and received in good time . The right price and up to date with infrmation regarding its delivery. Cannot fault them.

I ordered two mowing blades from this company. Like the other people on here. The order never turned up and I not been able to get hold of the company to find out where it is!

Got a blade and adaptor for my Challenge Xtreme rotary mower (brand now discontinued so not that easy to find spares), came the very next day and I was cutting the lawn an hour later! This was in July 2023, can't remember the exact date. Great service, very pleased.

Mow spares kept me up to date with what was happening with my order. Part arrived in no time at all .

I needed a replacement cutting wheel and fixed plate for my old Worx shredder and Mowspares were the only company I could find who had them. After ordering, I received a phone call from them informing me that Worx parts were very slow in arriving but only one of the parts I ordered would probably be needed and that was in stock. The gentleman who called me was correct and my shredder is now as good as new! So nice to receive good, old fashioned service by phone, rather than email/sms these days.
