I've ordered a tyre inflator and jump starter with this company. The email sent to me to confirm shipment is showing up as spam or suspicious.
I've googled it 99 percent I think I've been scammed

A bit concerning as my husband ordered a tyre pressure pump a week ago and not got nothing yet but hopefully will hear something
I can see from some reviews that they say they have delivered but havent . They can not say that to us as we have CCTV connection with police so we know who comes and goes onto my property at all times so we will wait and see what this company is like hopefully we won't have any problems but if we don't receive it I will make sure all my followers will know NEVER to order from the site if we do not receive our goods. So hopefully will wait a few more days and see.

This company is untrustworthy, I purchased a Jump Starter with Air Pump on 3rd September and I’m still waiting. I have sent loads of emails to them and they keep saying it on it way and it’s up to the courier to deliver it. After 6 weeks, I informed them that I wanted a refund. Then they tell me it was delivered on 23rd September. Which it was never received. Now they inform me that I have to check with the courier company to find out what as happened to my package. Which I’ve informed them, according to the courier company, it is up to the sender to contact them. I wouldn’t trust them, in my opinion.

This robot vacuum is just right for my small apartment. It cleans the whole place in about 20 minutes, and the battery lasts for about a week before I have to charge it.

Purchased a Jump Starter with Air Pump Model N2, not able to charge from new, defective. Moxier requested a video of fault to be sent by email which is proving difficult due to file size, even a short video. Every request I make to return the unused product and get a refund is rebuffed by requesting a video. All Moxier emails are signed by “Anne, Sales Director”, however the last email I received stated by the sender that they were a customer representative even though still signed by “Anne”. The emails are sent in the early hours UK time and obviously originate from China. My advice is to steer clear of this company and be wary of any reviews by Jack at Profirating.org as he rated this product as No.1 out of the 10 best category products.

This is the same outfit as Litrobots/Lirobots which has been rebranded as the robots don’t work (see reviews for these names). The positive reviews on this site are likely AI generated.

The robot vacuum cleans well, but I'm most impressed with their customer service. I had an issue after I accidentally knocked it over, and they were so helpful until it was fixed.
