The guys were able to make an appointment quickly to fix the problem fast. As a landlord, I found the service to take much of the hassle out of the issue, and kept the tenant happy with a quick and neat service - the job was well finished and they took care over the house.

I am amazed by the level of customer service we have been provided, we have been thoroughly walked through the process and made aware of the problem. Once we got to the route of the problem; it was solved in no time.

Well I’m astounded at the level of customer service I received of you of your employees his name was Jamie
He talked us thru the whole process he used a camera then showed us the problem that there were rats In the pipework down there
He sorted it all out in no time at all

Had a blocked drain in my salon and had to shut my shop first thing, called these guys out they responded withing 2 hours and i was back up and running by the early afternoon.
clear breakdown of costs, works being carried out and areas they were using.

Delighted with the service we received. Sewage from blocked drain overflowing in to our office car park. MPH attended site quickly and fixed the problem with no fuss and explained exactly what the problem was. The engineer (George) itemized the bill for us over the phone, very happy with the value for money. Highly recommended.

“After previously using another company who did not source the problem or clear it properly and charging £150 for the privilege we had Jamie arrive this morning who knew exactly where the source of the problem was and properly resolved the matter and explained fully why it had not been resolved. He has cleared the problem pulling up tree roots that were blocking the flow of water. Am very thankful for a thorough job being completed and he explained fully what had been done. Would highly recommend!

Good Company - impressed
Had a blocked drain. It has been cleared by high pressure jetting. I was shown the pictures from the tv camera and after a short while the cause of the blockage was discovered. Engineer had lots of knowledge and experience. Even the person who took my telephone call in the first place was quick, clear and efficient. Impressed.

Clearance of blocked main drain
Quick response, friendly technician who treated the problem very thoroughly. Price structure quite steep given that you are charged for pressure washer machine time in addition to the technician charge. The majority of the machine time was waiting for its tank to be filled up from my mains water. Honest report of the problem and clear demonstration of the cause of the issue. Would recommend.

I called up on a Sunday afternoon with…
I called up on a Sunday afternoon with a blocked drain, expecting to be told someone might be able to come round later in the week. However, I was told someone would be with me later the same day, and given a clear indication of costs. A few minutes later I received a call from the engineer to confirm the time and address, and within a couple of hours he was with me. I reckon the job was finished within a few minutes, all sorted. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our external gully had been draining…
Our external gully had been draining very slowly and getting worse, so I called up these guys to get it sorted based on their good reviews and fast turnout. I called at lunchtime on Saturday, and by the early evening everything was sorted. Fat was the culprit! The price was about £160 which was in line with the quotes I had received, so I can't complain! They seemed very efficient both on the phone and in person, and although hopefully I won't need them again, I would happily call on them next time.

We have had problems with our drains…
We have had problems with our drains for a few months but it came to a head on Thursday morning The drain was completely blocked I emailed MPH they rang me back with in ten minutes I arrange a time for them to come The gentleman arrived on time and was keen to keep me informed of what he was doing including showing me the drain via the camera .The drain was cleared despite the cold weather in no time The service was brilliant and the next day I received a telephone call to ensure I was happy with the service .Excellent customer service
