Good old fashioned customer service as it should be
Very good experience would recommend. I had to change the delivery date and it was quick to get through and the customer service person Luke was very helpful and polite. We were kept well-informed re delivery and my son tells me the delivery driver was also helpful and polite. Both experiences were a credit to the company.

I have bought a product online, supposedly existing in store. I had to go to pick up at another store 1 hour away. That is disrespectful to the customer and not enough information is given about the stock of a certain store.

Thank you for getting in touch. I am really sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. You placed an order to collect from your local branch and were then asked to pick up from another store an hour away. That is frustrating and not the level of service we aim to provide. We are reviewing our processes and will investigate further to prevent this type of inconvenience for our customers.

The driver. He is a credit to your company, and I told him so. The road was closed due to gas pipe works on School Road. Regardless, the driver delivered 100 bricks to my door. Top man! The bricks are good value for money. I could not find new bricks cheaper.

Great Customer Service
Initially the wrong product was supplied by MP Moran, due to a picking error at another branch.
I contacted MP Moran, who were very apologetic and professional and 24 hours later the correct items were supplied and i was told to keep the original with a further apology.
Made a pleasant change to deal with a company who went the extra yard to resolve a issue when the things had gone wrong. I will defiantly be using them again
