Terry Sullivan that served me showed me where everything was that I needed and was really helpful. Well done. You’ve definitely got it right at this branch.

Sourcing a shower head previously purchased in 2018
Sourcing a shower head previously purchased from ‘Watford’. Staff identified item was not available and referred me to ‘Willesden’. They picked up and dealt with ‘Delivery’ first as plumber line was busy. ‘Peter’( Delivery’ dealt with query and tried to connect to ‘ plumbing’. Still busy Peter said come back and he will resolve. Still busy at ‘Plumbing’ so got back to Peter. He picked up straight away and ensured ‘plumbing’ rang me back in minutes. Your rep (female) dealt with the matter straight away’ sourced item and issued me with a ticket for ‘online payment’ and ‘job done’.
The whole process completed quickly and efficiently.
Two words - ‘very impressive’
As a consultant in business processes within companies, I have rarely come across such a professional response delivered by both your staff and company. Best wishes into the future. Definitely use you again.
