I recently renovated a bathroom for a customer I called at MP Morans and found everything I needed in one place with the assistance of one of the staff called Chris he was very knowledgable pleasant and helpful and sorted my order out in no time which saved me a lot of time I will definitely return in the future thanks Chris.

I have often popped into the store for bits and pieces but on this occasion I thought it important to mention a young man that was extremely helpful a few weeks ago. His name was Chris and he went out of his way to help me with suggestions and ideas about renovating my bathroom. As a result I bought what I needed there and then,

To the guy at willsden branch hardware section who answered the phone to me yesterday he went above and beyond went and checked their stock physically and took it behind the counter until I made my online order, I had some bad experience with other companies advertising a dewalt force body warmer in size small and got sent out sizes large and extra large but MP Moran have shined through and made my day, it might not seem like much but when your 5ft 5 having clothes that actually fit you and not swamp you on site means a lot massive thank you again

From the security on the gate, to the first person on the shop floor, to the team in the click and collect office; it was all positive and all about getting you exactly what you want with a genuinely friendly manner and attitude.
