Great service

Great service, blocked toilet with a very long run of pipe, never gave up and cleared the blockage for us. Went above and beyond, smashing service highly recommended.

I I needed a plumber as I had no hot…

I I needed a plumber as I had no hot water.The service I received was ten out of ten and I highly recommend.The plumber was prompt and soon had the problem resolved.

Fast and professional

Scot was very professional. Quickly found and rectified leak. Attempted to source leak in a way to avoid damage to property will use again. Kept me up to date with thought process and explained what had happened.

We had a blocked toilet and no idea…

We had a blocked toilet and no idea why. It turned out that a brick had broken off from inside the manhole into the line causing a substantial blockage - which he cleared. He advised us that as it was a shared line with the property next door (which we did not know) the water company should be responsible for repairing the manhole. He also advised us to see if they would refund us the cost of him sorting the blockage. Well, we had the water company come out this week and fix the manhole, and they have agreed to reimburse us thanks to his wonderful advice! We couldn't be more grateful! He turned up quickly, fixed the problem, the cost was clear from the outset, and he gave great advice - not sure what else you could ask!

Top work and well recommended

Scott came out at very short notice due to a handyman bursting a water pipe in an awkward place. Scott gave us a couple.of options and during a time where cost of living is hitting everyone came in at a reasonable price very happy with work and 100 per cent recommend for anyone
