LAbsolute shambles of a site! Trying to get a withdrawal seems impossible....3 times contacting live chat which each time your in a que for more or less 1 hour only to be told the 3 emails you have sent with proof of identity can't be placed! 3 days and still no further forward...seems they don't want to hand over money you have won!!! UPDATE 20/02/2026: so now they have eventually emailed me but asking AGAIN for documents to be sent, documents that I have previously provided! Seems like another tactic to keep you waiting for monies that are owed to me, and even tho my verification part of my account says it's all verified. So again documents sent that have already been provided before have been sent again...Will update again

UPDATE 24/02/2026....Finally after 8 days I received communication and my winnings...was like getting blood out of a stone! I'd make sure your documents are all verified and ready to go before making any deposits and just be wary that not only getting through to livechat takes a life time but communications is very very slow

Don't go there please. I spent a lot of time writing this so good people like you are not taken avantage of by bastards like this. Why I say this, it comes with rock solid evidence within my account and records/screenshots etc They've ripped me off without any solid cause to the sum of $1100. The interesting thing or fact my records will prove my case. It's really simple. No questions asked or checks done. What they did was matched my 10 with more money about 15-20 in bonus money which was great but only ever at the beginning. I'd had some great success and won lots of money continuing to bet over days ahead. I kept my eye on the bonus balance until it diminished to zero through wagering. No more bonus needed Following on I organized 2 withdrawals from my account to personal banking. Al acknowledged and confirmed in writing with it will be approx 2 bus days or 24-48 hours. However I reversed these a day later to utilse the funding for more bets in the days that followed. I then organized a withdrawal of $1100 after a big win and checking again no bonus owed or received following on and after so many checks and balance. Then, I was told that my funds had been confiscated because I'd breached a rule exceeding their limits whilst bonus was in play. I had no bonus at any stage from well before this. They froze my account as so I can't get in to verify what I've said. In the initial argument I said in the very least you could give back my 10 and come up with some crap about how they can't send it back ... THE PUBLIC HACE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHO THESE BASTARDS ARE AND BECAUSE THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED HURTING OR STEALING !!! TO ME THIS SORT OF THIS GOES BEYOND A SLIPPERY CASINO ANTIC TO PLAIN THEFT.

Site is a scam. I deposited $10 for the bonus. I won $1500. Needed to wait 48hrs only to get an email 2 days later saying I breached the maximum amount during the welcome bonus (which I didn't).
Then saying they put my $20 back into my account. And yet I only deposited $10.

Mrben casino claims to be regulated but their name and number is not listed on the gambling commission website which leads me to believe they are a scam, I am looking I to them after they are withholding 280 pounds that I won and tried to withdraw. They are not responding to any emails , their live chat does not work you get cut off as soon as it hits number 4. This site needs taking down, they are stealing from ppl. This is the first time I have won since joining they have had hundreds of pounds from me over the weeks. Who can we go to to get them shut down ? Deposited no problem via PayPal. Withdrew and waited for my winnings only after 48 hours still no sign. I log onto my account and they say failed. I then go on live chat twice only to be cut off both times. Yo u wait and wait at one point I was in position 16 get down to 4 and then you are cut off. The second time I get down to position 2 and then cut off. I'm currently waiting for an email back after I have emailed them to see why my withdrawal has failed. I don't have any problems withdrawing from other sites. Once I receive my withdrawal I will update the review. The site has a good choice of games and you do get wins well I did anyway . I have played many platforms some are ok and some are diabolical scammers. Mr Ben is a scam. The games are rigged. At first when joining they will give you a little win. From then on you can deposit £1000+ and you will not win anything above £25. Deposit another £500 and you may manage to get to £50. I’ve just lost a substantial amount of money over the past few days and haven’t accumulated any more than £50. Please take my word for it so you don’t lose your money.
