I bought a variety pack, of four. Had to throw everything away! I opened the first MRE and the Skittles were completely melted together and dated 2021 and the Tabasco bottle leaked all over, while it’s still sealed shipping temperature here this week were in the mid 40’s. If MRE Mountain wants to sell products like this, they will have to get there money from someone else. I will not buy their products again.

Ordered a US and a French MRE from them in October 2025. The US one arrived but the French didn't - in fact it was never sent according to their own shipping info. Five emails over many weeks all went unanswered. I could find 2 email addresses - neither was answered. No phone or street address to contact or ring. A shame as I used to use them with no problem for many years. Don't touch them now.

Seriously if I could give negative stars I would. I ordered an item from their website and paid for shipping then find out they expected me to also pay for the import fees (when the shipping costs well and truly cover the shipping, import fees and then some).

I also checked their website and nowhere does to state that shipping costs do not cover any import fees.

When I reached out to them I was told that wasn't in their control, that they have (and I quote) 'thousand of satisfied customers and they just passed 80,000 orders shipped' and that I am no longer a customer and my account with them would be deleted - all because I chased them up on paying for the shipping that I already paid them for.

Seriously not worth the hassle.

Well, this review is just more of the same thing everyone else has been saying. No merchandise, no reply to emails. No money refunded no nothing. Now it appears that they took their tent down and are trying to slink away. Terrible place to do business with.

This is the worst company I've ever done business with. Warning! do not do business with them. I ordered three rations that never shipped. I emailed to inquire and I get a "my mom had a stroke" reply from someone named Miranda. I said cancel my order, she said ok and they instead marked my order fulfilled, never shipped anything nor did they refund me my purchase price. Now I have FTC.GOV and the State Attorney General for the State of Idaho involved as well as filing a dispute with my credit card company. This isn't the first issue I've had with them either. I ordered French MRE's which came from another country only to find out that US Customs in Chicago had a field day with them. They ripped all of them open and took all the mains out that contained meat and forwarded what was left of the contents in the boxes. Apparently it's against the law to ship anything containing meat from other countries which this company argued with me about. Just done with them. Suggest a class action lawsuit against this company for those who paid for MRE's and never got a refund either from cancelling as I did or simply never receiving them.

I ordered a non-MRE item over two weeks ago. When there was no movement of the order, I contacted their customer service and received two responses. One stated that they had canceled my order, but a refund had not been issued (two weeks later). The second came two minutes later from "Miranda", in their customer service department. It read " The bags are stuck! I'm so sorry I've almost forgotten about those bags. They are caught up in this trade fight between the US and well...everyone. I'm REALLY really sorry. I wish I had one here. I would just give it to you for free. " I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible company. My mre's were held up in customs for a month and a half and they confiscated the entire Spanish mre and took meat out of the German. I believe they should have a disclaimer on their site warning you before you spend your hard earned money. The other weird thing is it appears they replaced regular thing in mre with other filler that didn't belong. IE extra cereal but no rye bread or crackers that were supposed to be in it. Then you try to get to customer service, no one replies back even after multiple emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Go to MRE ARMY on Amazon. this guy does his paperwork correctly, it goes through customs no issues no opened perfect. He has great customer service as well

Too bad, I could not get them 0. Very bad experiences with this company. I given them a few chances some orders are correct but the rest is so complicated.

Delivery is definitely not their specialty item coming from Belarus not the USA!

Communication non existent with their customers they have 3 different addresses but never had a reply simple from them. Wrote them several times just to get updates… nothing.

Only wish they could be honest and tell people the truth about where they ship from and communicate with their clients.

This is more of a US buyer beware and public service announcement. US customs are intercepting these and removing Pork/meat products due to "lack of certificates". Do not buy any MRE's with meat products they even took the meat sticks.
I know it is not totally there fault but they should have an big disclaimer for US buyers. At this point my recommendation is to not take your chances and just not buy overseas MRE's unless you know for a fact they are being shipped WITHIN the US.

Wow. I thought at these prices (compared to competitors) they would guarantee that the rations reach you intact, or at least give me money back in case anything happened. Got nothing! No rations no money.

Avoid at all cost! MREmountain is more or less a running scam. Ordering goods on the website works fine, but the confirmation mail is sent to your junk folder. Tracking number arrives in the same junk folder about 2 weeks after your order.

Customer service is severely dysfunctional. They have two websites with 3 (THREE) different email addresses for their "customer support" and NONE of them are replying back. I had to reach out to them via their facebook page and via messenger I could send them a message. Reply came after 1 week of trying, and follow-up responses came at about 1 week intervals, leading customers frustrated.

My order got stuck somewhere and they promised to look into it. After two weeks of trying to get some clarification from them, they replied and blamed it on their data system, I was told to wait until the end of November for it to be fixed. Everything seemed to be in order so I decided to wait.

Today I wanted to ask them a random question regarding one of their MRE's, I got a response quite quickly this time, and when I was about to reply back again I got an error saying my message couldn't be sent. After some investigation I realized that I had been blocked... My facebook account had been blocked, without reason given, by this guy who singlehandedly runs MREMountain.

This guy also removes comments as he see fit, from his facebook page posts, so it was fruitless to try to complain or prompt them to reply on messenger there.

They promise to deliver foreign mres, they take your money, but can't import the mres they advertise, us customs turns back the packages or empties them out for regulatory reasons, then the company refuses to communicate or refund. They need a serious shakeup, until they do one, exercise extreme caution when possibly buying from them.
Edit.. even after promising to refund, they never did, and still refuse to return emails.
Exercise caution with this company.
