Excluded my account for no reason..owe me a refund. Got the email monday. Its now tuesday after sending my banking numbers IBAN numbers etc. Yet they still havent processed it? What a joke of a site. Leave you hanging on all the time.. this site has actually caused me illness. I was in a life changing work accident a year ago and this has made me feel really ill.. they dont care about anyone but themselves

Horrendous! Customer service is non-existent. Failed to pay out a £800 win on Lightning Roulette blaming a technical fault. Eventually paid £600 of the win after almost a month and it took a total of SEVEN weeks to get the rest of my winnings. However, I had to send a dozen emails and almost daily visits to their online chat throughout the seven weeks. They continually refused to give me a contact phone number. I lost count of the number of times they stated, “your query has been escalated to the relevant department and they will be in touch soon, please be patient”. Well my patience ran out and I only got the rest of my winnings when I threatened to write to their CEO and complain to the Gambling Commission. I have now closed my account and would most definitely NOT recommend this site.

Caught Colin and Allan out continuously lying on live chat, even though rtp was less than 4% my issue was being asked to reload a game, they changed there story three time as to why this was happening, even recommending I download a web browser they recomend, they disconnected my chat, sent me messages that they meant to send other customers and flat out lied continuously.
Account is getting closed and you would be a fool to join these.
My advice would be report to gaming commission and visa.. clearly not meeting gambling laws and by all the other reviews on here they are stealing your hard earned money and tricking you by marking bets as losses… despicable.. doubt there parents are proud of them.

One of if not the WORST company I have ever placed a bet with, they offer free bets, don't give them...You win a bet, they don't pay out, you have to email them or go onto the live chat only to be put on hold for ages! When you do win a bet, it should go into your balance, sometimes I have waited 3 hours+ for a winning bet to settle ...The system is rubbish, logs you out all the time and it is just an overall RUBBISH site!

Tried this site for Horse Racing, prices are less than Sp can't take the SP, had to contact support after a winning bet was not automatically repaid, tried to place a bet at 12:50 for 13:00 Catterick race told they weren't accepting bets on that race max bet £50, withdrawal process 0-48hours apparently but still waiting after 24 with no communication. Very poor site avoid like the plauge, suspect fake reviews on trust pilot

Impossible to do a bet as the site doesn’t seem to load when using iPhone. Will work no problem on a friends Samsung. Total shambles of a site. Really poor, you think they would work to fix considering the biggest selling phone is iPhone. Stay away

Stay away. Unless you win the bonus feature on the slots you dont win anything and i mean anything. Makes no sense. £200 done over a 2 days and literally won 10 times and that was bonus features which get you nothing. For example £40 spun feature once and paid £16. Like i said stay away

Have been waiting over a week for a withdrawal sum of £2800!
They say they are sorting it but every method of withdrawal is getting declined!!

Made a withdrawal 11 days ago and needed to provide identification which I did and they told me it wasn't good enough, I then sent more and still wasn't good enough so basically they will take your money but will not pay out, £150 they owe me!

Edit: it's been five weeks now and they still won't pay me, I've taken it further via a solicitor and when I told the site about this they have done nothing but ignore me, don't waste your money on this site

Wish I had read the reviews. Have deposited £500 a day for 5 days, played slots, loads of different ones, not one bonus on any day. I dont mind playing and losing, but this casino is deffo rigged. Throw a few pound on the slots and see.

Good site for slots with quick pay outs but useless for sports betting. Tried to place £150 bet on a horse but would not accept it. Limited bet to £50 and them took that long waiting to accept/process the £50 bet that race was off and would not accept bet. To make matters worse the horse won at 9/1.Totally useless for anyone that wants to bet on horse racing.

I made a deposit of £10 with paysafecard. In one week I made £3000. I also made deposit with MuchBetter Option. I wanted to withdrawn with MuchBetter, they said I need to do with WireTransfer, asked me for documents to prove that is my IBAN Account. I prove them this. They accepted my withdrawn after 2 days i receive email that it was rejected by my bank I spoke with the bank they didn't know nothing. They made the transfer again, even now after 2 weeks i didn't receive my money. Absolutly scam website. I bet is managed by some Nigerians.

Terrible casino. Awful experience. I signed up and played with my own money (welcome offer £15 to get £10 free bet). Waited for a £10 free bet that never came. When contacted they said that they have revoked my right to receive free bets and that the free bet won’t be given. I was not informed of this decision before I played my money. They simply robbed me without remorse and shame. When asked to get my money back they have refused it. Will never come back and I DO NOT advise this company.

Wouldn't go near this company with a bargepole . Tried to put my free welcome bet on said rejected multiple times contacted online help they had no idea what i was talking about absolutely clueless.
