Excellent customer service, they were very quick to respond and address my concerns. They provided exactly the answer and information that I was looking for. The product works well.

Just received my order today. I finished two sets on it and already I can feel the burn in my chest. I am not a gym guy but I have been doing labour work my whole life. The resistance is tough, but I am able to finish the 2 sets, 10 of each of the three chest exercises. When my body adapts to the workout I can increase the reps. Its a fantastic piece of engineering. Takes up no room at all, and easy enough to pull it out and do a quick workout anytime. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Amazing device….makes working out at home so easy!

Received my order and unfortunately it was the wrong one. But after a couple of emails, the company made up for it and sent me a replacement and they told me to keep the other one as a gift. So far the device works as described and is made very well. Happy customer.

I ordered the Gorilla bar and they werent lying when they said the pump you receive is insane ... Overall I enjoy the product very much and use it everyday for exercise needs

I ordered this exercise device several weeks ago, and found that it was way over my head in the strength needed to use it! This is not a toy and is very much a challenge to use unless the user is above average in strength and wingspan. When I initially wrote a negative review regarding my inability to use it, the company actually offered to replace the model I received with a less challenging model. I received the item today ( much more quickly than the first one!), and found it to still be a bit of a challenge but very “ doable”. In essence, I am very impressed with this company, Mr Sculpt, in their efforts to make a customer ( me) happy and pleased with the item received, and would like to give them the credit they deserve on this format regarding that!

Good video, with clear and concise information over a social media platform, which make a change. From purchase through to delivery I was kept updated through every step, and arrived well packaged and very quickly too.

Not a great start from them. Product did not turn and waited a long time before contacted. However I can’t recommend them enough for the after service. Product found problem sorted and delivery arrived. As promised and on time. Very happy with the after service just need to be a bit more proactive.

The incorrect Gorilla Bar was shipped to me inadvertently. I immediately notified Mr. Sculpt that I had received the wrong level of resistance and the Company agreed to send me a replacement unit, and advised me to keep my original purchase as well. I am most impressed by the Company and the product, but being a fresh post-op patient, I am not ready to tackle the medium resistance bar yet. Thank You!

The product did not fit me well, too strong for me. I wanted to return it but they did not accept a full refund because in theory it was on sale when purchased. At least they accepted and gave back a courtesy 50% refund as a compensation. I found it fair overall this is why I rate it high. Cannot make it 5 stars though.

As another reviewer has observed, the gorilla bar takes a little breaking in. It isn’t adjustable so be sure to order the right one. I found out after buying it that I should have purchased the more pliant model, as without the assistance of a grab bar I cannot bend it. Neverthless, I will keep the faith, as I feel this is a quality product. I’ve a feeling it’ll be considerably easier to use once it’s been bent a bit, to allow initation traction. If I decide to buy the more pliant model in future I’ll definitely buy from these guys, as they responded to my queries promptly and professionally.

I could tell within the first minute of using my gorilla bar that I was going to see results. You can feel the burn in your chest after 10 pumps. I've been using it every day for about a month now, and my pecs are taking shape. No more man boobs!

Day 8 so far and I am enjoying using this in between calls for work. You really have to focus on the compressions? For 1-2 secs holding it to make it work. This is a handy tool that is very portable and useful. I was a little Leary seeing the videos on TikTok but got it off Amazon and it arrived on time and works great so far. I like that you can increase the weight resistance. This is something you’d see on the TV show Shark Tank.

The Gorilla bar has the potential to be effective but it's very stiff at the moment.
I hope it will become more flexible after frequent usage.
I have managed to improvise to use it like a rowing machine by bending it around my feet.

Good product it takes a few weeks to get it, but I was not in a hurry

Ordered on the 5th of June, as of yet haven’t received. But customer service has been helpful in tracking my order and keeping me informed when delivery will arrive.

Terrible product and bad customer service refusing to follow the uk law cooling period. Scam avoid at all costs.

The product is excellent. Pretty hard going, you can feel it doing its work, would definitely recommend!
