Thank you for your feedback. Not sure why you left us a 1 star though as you called us and said you understand that we had done our job and shipped them out in time but UPS had messed up the delivery and sent them to Germany in error. Clearly wasn't our fault.

I received an email to say item would…
I received an email to say item would be delivered on 11/3/21 and it has still not arrived. Impossible to speak to anyone to find out what has happened. UPS just send back automated emails. I am now worried item won’t arrive for son’s birthday, would definitely not recommend.

Thank you for your review. You placed your order on 09/03/21 at 22:57 and we processed it the next working day. You selected and paid for standard delivery and due to no fault of ours UPS have not yet delivered your package. As you can see from the rest of our reviews our communication and delivery is very prompt but as statd on our website, due to Covid there could be some delays with deliveries.

First time I have shopped with mrsneaker I bought some Jordan’s for my daughters birthday and she absolutely loved them.When I first put the order in it got wrong so after emailing the staff they got back to me and sorted the right trainers for me I was impressed with the way the staff handled the situation and the trainers are Fab! Shoes are amazing and customer service is 5 star. I ordered some shoes but accidentally ordered the wrong ones. The staff were very helpful in explaining the returns process and also arranged my refund very quickly. Great service 👏
