The response times were amazingly fast which was even more impressive because it was a Saturday. They were friendly, helpful and resolved my concern quickly.

Mrs Quilty inspires me!!
Mrs. Quilty boxes, full of beautiful and fun coordinating fabrics, have inspired me to sew more often. I usually spend several days just enjoying the look and feel of the fabrics before I make the decision of how to use them. From baby quilts to woodland grandson quilts, my gifts now have such well thought out and endearing qualities. I’m so proud to wrap them up and send them off with a love note!!

Issue with first package
I had an issue with my very first package and thought I would be out of luck in getting anything from Mrs. Quilty. Boy was I wrong! Their customer service was Johnny on the spot in responding and they replaced my package. I was so excited that they would comply to my needs and very efficiently. They are GREAT!

I have attempted to contact the company regarding my first order from Mrs. Quilty. I have not received the animal patterns via email as promised and wasn’t real impressed by the patterns in the box. While I continue to get an abundance of emails from them no one is acknowledging my missing patterns. I’ve cancelled my subscription and remain leary of their sincerity. Gina Moore

I signed up for my first box and was so…
I signed up for my first box and was so excited to get it. Unfortunately, the box had been tampered with and items were missing from the box. I immediately advised mrs. Quilty of the issue and they were wonderful and corrected the problem in a very good time frame. Cant wait for my second box.

I have contacted REPEATEDLY about my box not arriving. Repeatedly I have been told once it leaves them it’s Not their responsibility anymore, which is completely wrong. They don’t offer package insurance for protection of their product or their customers money. I have filed a report with the BBB, the AG of Indiana and with my bank for fraud. I tried posting in the Mrs Quilty FB group and the admin declined my post (I have picture proof of every step). I contacted another lady they did the same thing to and sent that information to the above mentioned.
