preparing to move
I cant say enough good things about every customer service interaction I have had with the Mrs Quilty team.
I am preparing to move, and because I am in Canada it is possible that my next delivery will be caught between homes. They were happy to add a temporary address and give some instruction on making the change to the new permanent address. The response to my query came in less than 15 minutes and about 5 minutes later the system was updated. One more thing of my plate and so quickly!!!!

Good morning,
I received the first box with pot holder and placemat a couple of months ago. I cancelled right away and gave the comment that it wasn’t a good value. I have since watched the videos, really studied the book and have decided that not only is the box an excellent value but the idea of it is brilliant. I want to learn more about quilting and this is the way to do it. I won’t order the next box until I get through this one. It will take me a little bit. So, my apologies for my initial comment. I love the pictures in the book and the videos. I’m looking forward to getting started on the block.

This is only my first box
This is only my first box. I also enrolled in the digital pattern subscription as well. I became a bit overwhelmed with all the emails and seemed to mismanage my email containing the pattern.
I contacted customer service to ask questions so I could sort everything out. They were very helpful and a quick response was appreciated.

OMG, Mrs. Quilty is AMAZING! I had a small issue with my first delivery....the box came open by the post office. I didnt know if anything was missing, so I posted the box and its contents to support and they immediately helped me and replaced the missing pieces!!! I am so excited to start my quilting experience with Mrs. Quilty! Thank you so much!

Got my first box and I am very pleased with the detailed instructions (with pictures in a booklet), video support, patterns, and fabrics provided. The patterns are for useful items. In addition, the “gifts” of thread wrappers and a 6 1/2” acrylic ruler are smart notion items. I received a lightning email response (took only a minute) to a question which resolved my query. I am impressed so far…looking forward to next month’s box.

Mrs. Quilty surpasses
I was going to stop my subscription with Mrs. Quilty and try a different subscription. I got my first order the other day and was not impressed at all by them. I signed back up with Mrs. Quilty immediately. I can tell they care about their products they put in their boxes, and make sure we are getting great quality for the fabric. The presentation of their boxes with the colorful booklets they include surpass the other brand. I am definitely sticking with Mrs. Quilty.

I was able to stay informed daily on my order and the mailing process and tracking. It did take a little bit longer coming from the states coming to Canada but if I had any questions, there was always somebody there to respond properly. The material is very pretty thank you

Shipper had thrown my package out of…
Shipper had thrown my package out of their car into our gravel driveway instead of getting out of the car and placing it by the house. I let Mrs Quilt know and they responded right away and are looking into it so it doesn't happen to anyone else. (Thankfully nothing happened to my package since we saw it happen we were able to get it picked up right away.)

I have contacted customer service a few times and they have always helped me. They were professional and nice. I do have a problem with their phone not being answered. I believe that may be a time zone issue.
I love getting my boxes and patterns. Very nice fabric.
