Delicious fruity white wine
The cloudy bay 2023 case we ordered is a delicious white wine, not too acidic for me.
Delivery took longer than expected which is why I removed one star because there was no communication until I email to enquiry and my order came a few days later after waiting couple weeks.
I will order from them again.

Dreadful 'experience'
The wine is just fine, reasonably priced and as good as any decent internet-based wine merchant.
But actually getting to drink it is another matter entirely.
I was advised by their carriers - APC - that the wine would be delivered on 17 July between 6 and 8 pm.
Despite being home all day, it was not. No contact or explanation.
I was then advised it would be delivered on 18th July, between 2 and 4pm. It was not.
I sent APC a polite email asking for an explanation. No acknowledgement or reply.
I was then advised it would be delivered on 19th July, between 1.45 and 3.45pm. It was not.
This farcical process continued on not one but TWO more occasions - a total of five failed deliveries where I had made arrangements to take delivery. Sixth attempt, the case finally arrived.
Going to the website for a 'real-time' tracking update, it told me that it is not available. On one rare occasion, when the system actually worked it showed the consignment a few miles away. It was still showing this two days later!
In summary, the wine is fine - assuming you ever get it.
Expecting a firm delivery date for a special occasion? Forget it.
I'm now buying elsewhere.
