I had low expectations at first. Not amazon. But the fact that it was paypal payment and that they keep you in the loop about your order comforted me.
The battery came nicely packed. I opened my laptop-6 years old- took out its battery, plugged the new one in.
Model is msi gp76 leopard 11ug.
—the cable connector for the battery was SLIGHTLY long. But it caused no problems.
The battery charges and holds charge. I believe these guys are running an actual legitimate business. They also offer whatsapp support

Battery Works for MSI Pulse GL66 12UEK
Based off the other reviews, I was worried about the product not working. I have an MSI Pulse GL66 12UEK and the battery (with the white connector) fits perfect and works perfect. It turns out I wasn't having battery issues though.
What was wrong:
My charger was broken, it was making a high-pitch whining from the charger port itself. The laptop wouldn't charge (it would randomly charge for a split second every 10ish seconds) unless it was turned off and it would charge EXTREMELY slow. Bought a new charger and it fixed the issue!
As for the battery, works great, fit well.

Defective battery
I don't if it was a defective battery or what but when I installed it. It worked fine the first day however when I arrived at my job today and opened the laptop it would not charge. Unfortunately the laptop was already low battery as I never took it out the bag when I got home thr night before so now I cant charge it. It won't even come on with charger plugged in. Before it died it want even picking it up and the charger was fine yesterday. This never happened until ordering this battery from here. I went to try and reset the EC and the keyboard light came up but no screen so had to hard reset. Now won't come on at all. Everything was installed right and I know some people suggest doing battery diagnostic test however I can't get it to come on to do so. Guess I have to put the old one back in. Only giving 2 stars because at least they send you the tools to replace the battery when you order it.

MSI GF65 battery purchase
Value seemed good at first. My laptop is now subject to random shut-offs. Battery wear after 1 week is already 2.1% in HWmonitor. Not good.

Battery hot feeling when unboxed

Acheter une batterie neuve, MSI portable . et un coup recharger a 100%...cette batterie n'a durée que 35 minute, c'est incroyable comme quoi ce n'est pas fiable...Je reviens pour finalisé le rapport sur cette batterie, 2025-01-16, imaginé vous qu'elle ma laissé tomber aujourd'hui, après seulement 12 jours d'utilisation, cette batterie a brûlé sur 2 sections, ce module est monté sur 6 petite batterie, seulement 4 qui étais en bonne état...les 2 autres étais craquer...donc inutilisable...par-dessus cela ils me disent que tout est normal...vraiment insensé.
Et ne croyez pas a un remboursement ou que ce sois, ils vous font faire n'importe quoi pour vous faire croire ou bien pour ne rien faire au bout du compte.
Cette compagnie est bannie de mes choix.

BEST SERVICE, BEST PRICING
It was very good pricing for a replacement battery. Installation was a bit tricky to get the old battery out. The plug-in was a bit tricky to find the pin alignment. Eventuality, all was successful!
The battery light on the laptop seem to show normal charging, but the next day, I discovered the battery light was blinking. I started the MSI laptop up and opened the MSI Battery Calibration App and ran it through its cycle. The next day, it stop blinking. Right now, it is purring like a kitten! Thank you. I am 80 years old. I'm not as sharp as I was about 2 years ago. Stroke does have its limitations on an individual. I just took my time in accomplishing the task at-hand.

Worked. Install not included. I recommend getting a better precision tweezers and a precision screwdriver set to avoid stripping the housing screws and getting the ribbon cables out. Very surface level “under-the-hood” fix but great improvement if your battery is not working. Make sure to reboot after putting the battery in and making sure it is recognized in device manager. Also calibrate the battery overnight in MSI center!

Purchased a replacement battery for my MSI GE76 Raider. The replacement battery is worthless. From the moment I put it in and charged it for 24 hours, it held charge for a shorter period of time than the battery that came with my computer that was replaced. I may get 40 minutes worth of use before it craps out.
