MSL EUROPEAN CAR TRANSPORT Unreliable, unprofessional, and aggressive – breach of contract and the worst service I have ever experienced.
I was told my car would leave on the 21st and arrive within 8 days. Instead, it arrived on the 8th of August — 19 days later — at 23:00 at night, in a location we had never agreed on. It was a deserted, dark area with no people around, clearly chosen so he could verbally abuse me without witnesses. This is a clear breach of contract.
During those 19 days, I only received updates when I chased him. Communication was minimal, and when I politely asked for a small discount due to the huge delay and inconvenience, his attitude became rude and dismissive.
When delivering, he broke my car’s glovebox — not just scratched, but completely destroyed — and refused to give me the car’s documents or the delivery receipt. I had to record the entire incident on video because I genuinely feared for my physical safety. My brother had to block the truck while I stood behind it to stop him from leaving. Only after I called the police did this bully calm down, but he kept speaking aggressively.
The next day, in daylight, I saw scratches all over the sides and the rear of my car. I have before-and-after photos proving the damage. My car may not have perfect paintwork, but I know exactly which scratches were not there before — these are brutal.
I am just a normal person with a normal car, but as a paying customer I deserve the same respect and fair treatment as anyone else. Instead, I got delays, broken parts, damage to my car, poor communication, aggression, and zero accountability.
This has been the most unacceptable and horrible service I have ever received. If you want a professional, timely, and respectful car transport company — stay away from this one.
