I had such a wonderful experience purchasing a retired Jellycat through Ms. Rudolph! She was incredibly fast and responsive, answering my questions right away and making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The conker is absolutely perfect - I love it so much! It’s even more adorable in person and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of care went into the piece :)

I highly recommend Ms. Rudolph if you’re looking for rare or retired Jellycat items. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I had been waiting to find this retired Jellycat for over a year and purchased as soon as I saw it listed. It is in excellent condition as described. Ms Rudolph always packages with such care and shipped quickly. I am so grateful for my new Jelly friend!

Great... as expected and no issues at all. I profess my guilt that the toy was to replace the previous bear my dog mauled to death... he is enjoying looking after this one until the Sword of Damocles falls and the bear is duly executed in a fit of rage 😌

Super quick shipping, great communication and the item came in amazing condition.

Fast shipping, very responsive and the jellycats received are in excellent quality and exactly as it described!

Fast shipping, great product quality, and very helpful service.

Great purchase experience

Quick shipping ! Item as described! Will definitely order again!

I ordered a lemon Jellycat nwt and there was a little confusion on the description when it was posted but the seller was quick to respond and to send me a picture of what I would be purchasing and let me know if I would still like to purchase or not. I loved how honest they were and especially on the quickness of answering me back. I definitely ordered and will order again.

Great packaging, issue with shipping but not her fault and she took care of it right away! Love my new Jellycat!

I started purchasing from Ms Rudolph off her ebay shop and quickly migrated to the website - I've loved every purchase I've made and Ms Rudolph is always happy to accommodate requests and reach out if there are any issues with the order.
I've never had any issues with the quality of product that arrives, all flaws/defects are clearly stated in her listings and everything arrives in the advertised condition.
Her use of recycled packaging is another big tick for her, and my plush always arrive wrapped in paper with a discount code card!
