I found this website just by surfing. I found it had VERY competitive rates for Canadian to Euro exchange. I hadn't used the net for such transactions before and I was extremely nervous. However, Josif guided me through the process and made things extremely easy for me. He was prompt to answer the phone and reply to my emails and his answers made sense. He even made suggestions to make things even easier. The transaction was completed successfully. The service received exceeded my expectations! Definitely using MTFX for all such future transactions. This was a wonderful experience. I have used an Exchange before but the difference with MYFX is that you actually called me and walked me through it and more importantly, I had a connection with both Michael, Ash and Hanif which was a much appreciated experience. The other exchange that I used I spent a few days not knowing if the transfer had happened or what was going on. Job well done and I will now only use MTFX

Working with MTFX does take a bit of a setup due to KYC laws, but they were the shop that was able to take bill pay from both TD and RBC, and had one of the best rates I could find (I think I spent too much time rate shopping!)

I have been using MTFX for exchange transactions for years, primarily for selling USD. Niki Ho and his team are fantastic to work with! They always offer insight on the market and upcoming announcements that may affect rates up or down to help me make an informed decision. Niki often reaches out when rates are moving in our favour in case we might need to do do transaction so we can take advantage of the upside.

Niki Ho is such an amazing agent. His personalized service makes me feel like I am MTFX’s only customer. He gets everything done so fast that I cannot believe how he does that? Niki watches for the best exchange rates whenever I need him to do it. I have referred him to many potential clients, and he reaches out and they are always happy.
MTFX is so far advanced with great customer service compared to Canadian banks that constantly give their customers terrible service, no tracking, high rates, lost funds and making the worst transfer errors ever. There are virtual banks that give better exchange rates, but I will always stick with MTFX because of your well-oiled systems and great agents.
I honestly think all the service agents at MTFX have been great since I started in 2019. Niki Ho still stands out from the crowd because he has given me the best customer service I have ever had!
