Extremely disappointing experience. I paid a deposit for a £29,000 watch and drove two hours to complete the purchase. On arrival, I was told the paperwork wasn’t available—and to make matters worse, they didn’t even show up with the watch. The entire trip was a complete waste of four hours. They promised to refund my deposit, but three weeks later I’m still waiting. I’ll now be pursuing legal action through small claims court. Proceed with caution.

I was in the market for a Rolex and Max messaged me following a post on a Social media Watched group. From the off I just knew he was legit. References/ address / website and reviews all given straight off which is a big thing when dealing with watches. Communication win Max was easy and he offered me a great deal on a part ex for my old watch and the one he was selling. His part ex price was better than a few others from dealers.
Deal done and Max and his dad drive from London to deliver and take the part ex from me.
Absolute first class service. One happy customer here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Max and MTW watches.

Brought an OP36 green dial. Watch was given with a stiff bracelet. No white tag but then was told will be paid some funds back for my missing white tag but that never materialised. I did buy a few watches from them but never again. When Max says he will do something 100% take it with a pinch of salt. And he cant say i al lying as i have the entire whatsapp chat which captures everything. Never will i want to deal with Max or Tim. His father didn't once come forward and take this matter on and resolve it. Expected more from him.

I contacted these guys about selling my Rolex watch and have to say the service and price that they offered was great. I arrived to meet them to show them the watch and while they were looking at it they said the bank transfer should have gone through by now of which it had done. I can’t recommend them highly enough and would definitely deal with them in the future.

Spoke to a couple of dealers about a Rolex sky dweller I was selling, spoke to max he was transparent offered fair market price everything he said he did and drove 4 hours to meet in person great guy and defo would deal again with him 🤝

I would be mindful buying watches from Max and his father Tim. They tell you its a full set then they say they lost the tag and keep on making stories. At the end i just gave up couldnt be asked to deal with such unprofessional people. Dont buy a watch unless the everything they promised is in your hand.

Max made contact regarding a few watches I had advertised to sell. His communication was faultless throughout and he arrived at my office to complete the purchase on time and paid the amount we had previously agreed without any attempt to haggle or negotiate. Very professional, very trustworthy and honest. Max arrived with his business partner Tim who was equally as trustworthy and professional throughout.
