The fundamental problem with using Much Consulting to customise and implement Odoo is that they make money from support revenue so there is no motivation for them to deliver a good implementation – if you didn’t have any problems once live, their revenue would dry up.

We had every type of issue you could imagine for 9 months of using Odoo before we decided to cut our losses and switch it off. This cost us thousands in lost stock and customer service, before we even consider the amount we spent with Much to ‘fix’ problems which then reoccurred.

Much Consulting’s feedback was that our experience is normal, and they expect customers to have regular issues once live, which you then pay them to fix (repeatedly in some cases).

When you are managing a busy operation, you need your software to work every day, not to be failing in a different way and having to be fixed every week. Having been in logistics and eCommerce for 14 years, I have never worked with any company who would be happy with the performance of Odoo as a software or Much Consulting as a partner.
