Avoid Mudhut at all costs, very unprofessional and have no idea what they're doing. I tried to put up an Ad for a property, went through all their verification process and did everything asked of me to then be told it was declined without any explanation and no refund!
When I asked why they then confidently and rudely told me I had paid using someone else card and named a person I have never even heard of in my life. When I emailed back to explain that was incorrect and how dare they excuse of me of that, they then deciced to refund me without an apology or explanation.
Never dealt with such a clueless company with incompetent staff. The reviews here speak for themselves.

Disregard for user safety

I reported a landlord who I am currently suing for harassment and illegal eviction to this platform. They refused to take any action, saying it was "an issue for the police" . The email I sent them actually specified that the police were already involved. Very disappointing response. I would suggest that prospective tenants avoid any landlords who use this service.

MUDHUT credit checked me for £12.00 . I was happy with it . I didn’t see notice they had missed my previous addresses that I had entered. It states you can edit this , but you can’t. They can’t either apparently I paid another £12 for this! It was 6 months ago I thought I’d get it done again for a new tenancy. It had gone down by 100 points . They informed me there are linked addresses on my credit file . Which there are ,I know this because I put them there when applied for my agency records. !! Check with the agencies .thats all they kept saying. I am very disappointed indeed with the service I received .

I believe it's a con I needed a report so I could apply for right to buy scheme they just made up dates for my tenancies. I realised this when one address overlapped another by 3 years. They even got my name wrong on one of the addresses. When I contacted them they said it's not their fault contact the CRA. Even though it states if you have any discrepancies contact them. What a waste of money.

They also remove 1 star reviews from there website. I have tried to leave 3 so far. The first 1 fair enough I broke the review rules but the second I didn't they still removed it

Medhut may have movies and TV shows that you like, but unfortunately, Medhut pastes advertisements over the program that you are attempting to watch, and instead of commercials, they advertise online games that claim to pay you for playing.
I've been an online review critic since 2010, and I would recommend that you take heed to the phrase "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is." Especially if it's an offer on the internet.
Medhut, has too many hoops to jump through that makes it impossible to enjoy online programming.
If you want to watch free TV shows/movies, I recommend Pluto TV, Tubi, Freevee, Plex, & You Tube.

Rubbish, £12 for a credit score which on comparison with other repeatable credit search companies offers no comparison. No verification of previous addresses or ID/right to rent.

Takes your £12 then gives you a poor score because it doesn’t let confirm your ID. Made it impossible for the homeless to locate a home.👍thanks

Tenant referencing high risk without any details or info its just lies. Not accurate at all. My score was high with a ccj and my partner was very low yet she has a business where banks offers her loans and credits cards but mudhut claims she is high risk. Unreliable company.

After my opinion some mudhut stuff msg me and lie to me that is my bad :D they said that he have some body else at 16.30 but i was there and nobody was there, i dont care i rent proerty from some other but just want said that they are very no proffesional

Mudhut has locked my account so I am unable to access my documents which I paid for, and would need to process my claim, because I gave a negative review over concerns of them changing insurers on their advertised product to ARC Legal who I am currently taking to court and which I told Mudhut about a few weeks earlier as the reason for my switching to them so it came as a SHOCK when I saw the paperwork with ARC's name on it. Mudhut on their website showed a different insurer namely Motorplus and Property Guard as the insurer/claims handlers hence why I paid for the polices - over 4 at a cost of some £600 with reference costs. Mudhut gave no advance notice of this change of insurer so in a way this was misinterpreting things. Mudhut are therefore now selling products on behalf of ARC Ltd an issuer who possibly has the worst reviews on this site and many others, because they ARC always find or argue things in an incorrect, argumentative, illegal way (will post court judgment very shortly so have no doubt people) to reject claims - so many other people have had similar experiences to me so I am for once not alone. I have now reported Mudhut to the FCA and Trading Standards and The Ombudsman as no company can delete reviews or pressure you to only put positive ones as that is misrepresenting customer reviews. Mudhut appear to actually do very little as their website is all automated and a simple self service site yet they seem to invite so many positive reviews of an automatic system. When I told them they said there is nothing they could do at all, and totally DID NOT CARE even though it was their mistake. It seems anyone these days can set up business with the help and assistance from others within their circle who more readily lend and help their clan members rather than allow or assist people who are genuine good souls and concerned about ensuring that things are done fairly or correctly for consumers. It seems like one corrupt circle is only looking after their own, and common sense, good standards, intelligence has been thrown out of the window. Well that's not something I'm going to stand for or allow for my sake, and others. It's no wonder we have so much bad service and standards these days. The regulators dont seem to care, as appear to be all part of the same interest circle too. I never imagined it was like this and shocked to be getting this reality check so late in life.
